Amazing Experience! - My guide Sarita was an absolute delight! She has such an extensive historical knowledge of Bhaktapur and on top of that, she’d continuously inform me of any significant historical buildings that we saw along the way to Bhaktapur. Sarita answered all of my questions, both historical and cultural. She also took me to shop for souvenirs that I was interested in, handmade paper products. We got lucky with the traffic. In the end, we had enough time to stop at a nearby shop and try the famous Juju Dhau (King Yoghurt) absolutely a treat!! I had the best time!

Beautiful old city - What a great way to see this city. My guide Rabina was lovely, very knowledgeable and made me laugh 😀 The features of this old city were stunning, the shopping was just too tempting and the skill of these artists were on display. The only downside was the traffic in Katmandu on the way back so maybe earlier in the day would be better. Thanks for a great tour.

Really god I signed up for this - This is a must see place! I really enjoyed the history. Rabina was a great guide and she answered any questions I had. Not just about Bhaktapur but about Nepali life in general. She heard I enjoyed the art and architecture the most and made sure we spent extra time seeing those aspects. I’m glad I went

Bhaktapur city tour with Rabina - We booked our tour through Himalayan Planet Adventures. Rabina was our guide. Bhaktapur is an amazing old city. Rabina was very knowledgeable in explaining the history of this ancient city. The city is filled with temples and shops and people living their lives. There was many questions from us about the different types of statues and who and what they represented. Thankfully Rabina was able to explain what everything meant. She took us to the art school, which we found fascinating. In the school, the director told us about the meaning of the different paintings. It was all so cool. There is a small potters market there too. I had a photo of a type of statue I was looking for and Rabina was able to take me to the right location in the city to try and find it. I was very happy she knew where to go. We had a great half day tour. We can’t thank Himalayan Planet Adventures and our guide Rabina enough for our time here.

Highly recommended tour and tour guide - Pankaj our tour guide spoke good English, was on time, friendly and flexible. He was very knowledgeable about all of the sites that he brought us to and helped bring the monuments/temples to life. He was great at finding perfect local places for us to eat. We're expecting to return to Nepal in the future and would definitely want to book Pankaj again.

The city of devotees, Bhaktapur still the live museum for the rest of the world for its antiqueness - The major 4 tourist attraction squares are highly visited by the tourist. The narrow paths, local marketplace, and the festival are more fascinating.

Half day in Bhaktapur - My guide Rabina was very nice and explained a lot about the different temples, squares and local customs. We had enough time everywhere to take it all in and were lucky to see a lot of musical parades and chariots for the local festival (brisket jatra). All in all a very nice afternoon, thank you!
