Special tour with special guy - We came from Himalaya Villa Nagarkot to Bhaktapur and the nice guy, his name Sushil accompany us to explore Bakhtapur for 3 hours. So clear when he explain about the object and so patient when we try to bargain something at streetvendors. We try nice lunch at special cafe. Ask anything to Sushil and he has an answer!!

Very Friendly Guide, Speak a very decent English. - When we arrived at the Bhaktapur Durbar Square a lot of tour guides were insisting us to book them for the day tour. They were kind of pushing us to take them but we wanted to wander the Bhaktapur Durbar Square on our own. We had already seen the photos over internet, so we had an idea on where to go or not. When we were buying the entry ticket the guy from this tour came to us (I am really ashamed that i forgot his name, Duh!!!!) and told us if we are willing to hire him and gave a short description about his tour plan, so he told us about some area's of which we didn't know that we should visit those places and also he offered a decent price. His approach was kind of unique compared to other guides, so we changed our mind and hired him. He was a well educated guy with a very decent knowledge of the place. First he shared some history about this place and then as we move along the square he kept explaining the history around those structures and all. He showed us the old alleyways, Old inhabitants as well as the current generations of those historical places, The pottery square, The highest temple of Nepal, A yummy and refreshing Kulfi house and a lot of details about that place, He helped us taking photos of us together, held our umbrellas and water bottles, took us to the souvenir shops. Overall the tour got exciting just because of him, if we didn't had that guy it could have taken a lot of our time searching those area's and find out the stories behind them. Totally worth the money and time!! I would highly recommend this tour!!!!

Poor service mainly from the company. - The problem is mainly the travel company. I had to reach out to Viator and the travel company. I did not hear from them until mid-morning of the day of my tour. The car I was picked up with was not Aircon which is what was advertised. Partial refund would be good as I got a basic comfort. The tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable and showed me around. Besides the tour guide being amazing, it was not worth the price with the lateness of reply from the company and lack of comfort of the vehicle. I also forgot that all admission fee was included so I didn't go into all that was mentioned.
