An amazing trip in an amazing country, with an amazing team! - My trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Best Inbound was the vacation I needed. Bhutan is beautiful, and is also a fount of culture and religion. The way the country is set up and the way both the king and the government looks after its people is truly inspiring. Buddhism is such a bit part of the country, and it was amazing to delve into it so wholly and deeply; I've learnt so much. This was the first tour I had ever taken part in, and if you're hesitating because of the tour aspect or the cost, it's definitely worth it. Communicating with Deki about my tour was smooth and made for very easy logistics. She was able to adjust my tour to suit my travel plans and she was both very responsive and very accommodating to my questions and needs. Headache free planning. Deki will walk you through all the paperwork and the visa process, and once that's done, you just need to show up. Upon my arrival, I was met by my tour guide Namgay Wangchuk, and my driver Lobzang. Both Namgay and Lobzang were professional, respectful, but also very human. Spending 6-7 days with them was easy and relaxing, and they made every moment comfortable. Namgay, my tour guide, was very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions on the country, on the history, the culture, and the religion. We talked everything big and small. As well, Namgay was very attuned to my needs, adjusting the schedule and planning breaks as needed. He also went out of his way to try to schedule specific events for me throughout the trip: meeting the reincarnated master at the monastery, seeing the National animal, trying on traditional wear, etc. Lobzang, my driver, was very professional and safe. He was easy to interact with, and very helpful. He drove the mountain roads smoothly and safely, and took the rare gravel roads like a champ. I was impressed, and glad to be in such skilled hands. We spent many hours on the road together, and both Namgay and Lobzang made great companions and guides; carpool karaoke has never been so fun. I couldn't recommend a greater team to guide your travels. I've never felt more cared for and supported. This was a fantastic trip, and I wholly recommend it if you're considering it. It is spiritually refreshing and emotionally relaxing.

10 out of 10 beautiful, peaceful and spiritual! - Our guide Phub Tshere was the absolute best and made this trip so enjoyable. His great spirit and knowledge is superb. We couldn't be more pleased with the list of places and experiences that we had and the details he provided with historical background and his own personal touch. He became our very dear friend and we missed him already the day we left January 19. He went out of his way to find some friends of friends that I was delivering some gifts for my friend that spent 3 -6 month visits working in Thimphu . I'm not sure I would have connected without Phub Tshere's help. He was also very flexible with the days events when we wanted more time at particular sites and made us feel we were in no rush. I was dealing with an ill family member throughout our trip and as a practicing Buddhist, wanted to make offerings and hoist prayer flags which Phub Tshere assisted in more ways than he probably realizes, from helping me purchase blessed prayer flags to lighting butter lamps in temples and shrines. Very special will always hold a special place in my heart. Our driver Jigme was also the best. Not only excellent with his driving skills but also became our friend. Always greeting us with a smile and helpful hand, assisting us in and out of the vehicle, loading our things into the van, even assisted our friend with hiking. He is such a gentleman. He also added some detail to places we visited and we insisted he join us for some of our hikes. Both Jigme and Phub Tshere were prompt every morning at pickup, always cheerful and we became one happy family. I would highly recommend both and will certainly request them when I return to Bhutan. They added such a beautiful touch to every place we went our whole week.

Mystical Bhutan and Almost Perfect Tour - Bhutan is always a mystical country to us and finding information on how to visit Bhutan is scarce in the Web. However with Bhutan Inbound, we found our visit hassle free. Deki was very helpful and very responsive throughout the tour planning and visa application before the trip. A tour of 6 days 5 nights was planned. She also helped us to get discounted SDF fee immediately after the government of Bhutan offers 50% discount on the fee, even though we had applied our visa. On the first day arriving Bhutan, our tour guide Phurba and the driver Chimi, welcomed us at the airport arrival area. Immediately we already felt the kindness and hospitality offered. We stayed in Thimphu for two nights, another night in Punakha and two nights in Paro. With our customized tour from Bhutan Inbound, we really enjoy the whole trip. Thimphu was busy due the festival week, but we were able to witness their biggest annual celebration and the experience was unique. Punakha greeted us with golden paddy fields and countryside hospitality of Bhutanese people. Paro offered us and unforgettable 6 hours hike to Tiger Nest monastery. Phurba is knowledgeable about everything in Bhutan, and his guide in English is clear and rich. He brings out the spirit of Bhutan and the essence of Buddhism whenever we visited a monastery or a temple. He also arranged every request we had made and took care of all the hotels check-in. He is also very flexible with the tour activities as well. Chimi meanwhile is very mindful when driving and keep our safety the top priority. Bhutan itself is truly exceptional and this is among the top in dozens of countries I have visited. Bhutan has preserved very well the traditions, the wilderness and the centuries old Dzong and Lhakhangs. I will again return to Bhutan Inbound and the Phurba-Chimi team in the future to visit the eastern part of Bhutan.

5 star service - I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Bhutan with best inbound tour. It was well organized and visa application was smooth and appreciate for re-applying the visa after the change of price from 1 September 2023. I am absolutely blessed to have an attentive and patient tour guide and driver who were flexible . They went out of their way to make arrangements so that the places that I wished to go were all covered in the short time that I had. They ensured that I was feeling comfortable at all times. There were also water provided in the entire trip which I appreciate very much. I managed to light the butter lamp, hoist prayer flag, witness a prayer ritual, played the archery game, stayed in a farm house, visited a local kindergarten to donate some stationary to children. I would recommend this agency and I hope to visit Bhutan (east side) with them again in the future.

The company to visit Bhutan - We made some changes to this tour expanding and adding some stops, and from the very begining everything has been amazing. Flexibility, proposals, helping us to set everything before traveling, all the previous transactions and our fantastic guide Sherab, made our trip one of the best experiences in our life. We had some fears to see so many good reviews, and truth to be told, they truly deserve this ratings, because the service cannot be better. If you have doubts, this is your company to visit Bhutan, will not regret it!

Highly recommend tour company with honest and caring guide! - We did a 5days cultural and spiritual tour with the Bhutan best inbound tour in March. Although we had a 4 hours delayed from Kathmandu due to low visibility , when we arrived Bhutan we forgot the 4 hours wait at the airport and we were calm and at peace once I stepped out of the plane. I would like to express my gratitude to Namgay and Pema, they are professional and very informative with sharing the local culture with us. Always encouraging us to ask away whenever we feel the curiosity about local culture or religion. We had a chance to stay at Leki’s farmhouse and it was such a wonderful experience to be truly involved in a local way of living. We were surrounded by rice field and woke up with fresh air. Had dinner around the wood burning heater and share a wonderful home cook meal that every vegetables were grown in the farm. We also stayed a night at the Monastery near Thimphu. It was probably one of the most memorable experience I’ve had so far. After a 2.5 hours hike ,we arrived the misty and spiritual ground of a local monastery. It was a humbling experience and we are glad we were welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. A reminder for those who want to do monastery stay is to wash your hair and have a hot shower before you go! Hot water for shower is not guaranteed. It has been a grounding and humbling experience in Bhutan and we are so grateful to have our experienced tour guide Namgay and driver Pema with us along the journey. They made sure we are safe and taken care of through out our stay. I would 100% recommend Bhutan best inbound tour to anyone who want to visit Bhutan.
