A spellbinding trip to a magnificent country - Had an absolutely fantastic vacation in Bhutan thanks to our amazing tour guide - Ugyen Wangchuk. Our driver, Mr Tshering was also very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. It was very easy to coordinate with Bhutan Inbound while we were planning our trip and Namgyelma was quite responsive throughout out the booking process. We loved that we could customize our trip based on our preferences. When we arrived in Bhutan, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Ugyen was there waiting for us at the airport and it was quite smooth sailing. Ugyen was super knowledgeable about everything in Bhutan and gave us a lot of background on all the religious sites we visited. He took care of all logistics and even arranged a private picnic lunch by the riverside for us and a hot stone bath at a local farmhouse. He gave us enough time to spend at every location at no point did I think that he was being commercial or trying to push his own agenda by promoting certain businesses. On the day we did the Tiger’s Nest hike, we were getting delayed because of some unforeseen circumstance but Ugyen was very proactive in making alternate arrangements, so that there were no more delays. He was very quick to think on his feet.

Extraordinairy experience with Bhutan Best inbound Tour - We were in Bhutan from the first of April until the sixth of April arranged by ‘Bhutan best inbound tour’. We had a very good experience with this agency. They selected the best hotels and activities according to our wishes. Our guide Tenzin Loday and our driver Jigme Wangdi made our visit an extraordinary experience. They went out of their way to educate us about their beautiful country and rich culture. We were enchanted by the depth of the Buddhist symbolism which they showed and explained to us. Tenzin has an impressive amount of knowledge. He could answer every question we had in a lively, humorous, and clear way. They were very attuned to our needs and were flexible in their program. They arranged last minute activities for us when they noticed we were interested in them. We had a great time with Tenzin and Jigme which made our holiday in Bhutan extra special!

Invaluable Support in Bhutan - Thinley was very helpful from even before the trip. He helped us book great places to stay and we are especially happy we took his recommendation with Aum Damchoe. He was always available on call to guide us through our trip, be it from which phone connection to take, to where are the nicest places to eat. We are coming back and let's actually meet in person on our next trip. Thank you for everything Thinley.

Visit to Bhutan - I had a short and wonderful 5 nights trip with my family to Bhutan. Bhutan Inbound Team has arranged the tour wonderfully. The hotels provided were beyond my expectations, it was better than regular 3-star hotel. Thimphu Tower, our hotel in Thimphu was centrally located and very accessible to market to shop in the evening. Dhumra Farm Resort was perhaps the best with wonderful view of the Punakha fortress and the river. The food provided were all organic with fresh vegetables picked from the garden. Gangtey palace was a heritage turned into a hotel and it had the touch of ancient Bhutanese architecture. Beautiful. I would specially like to thank our guide Phurba and driver Yangku for their flexibility. There were many thing that we did off the itinerary and beyond the allocated time and they did not have any hiccups, that’s was really great for all of us. My only suggestion would be to have more of ala Carte meals and less of buffet. However, we really appreciated when on our request the Inbound team canceled all our buffet dinner arrangement and took us out sometimes at traditional farm stay and some other time at beautifully located restaurants. 0 Overall the experience was moments to cherish. Kadrin Che la. Thank you, Anthony and family
