Exceptional - We did three trips with Inside Lisbon Tours. HOWEVER, after writing a review for the gourmet tour, we are unable to submit any other review for 3 months, which we deem totally unfair as we would like to praise Inside Lisbon Tours (ILT) and each tour guide individually as they were a credit to themselves and to ILT. This trip starter at 09h00 again outside the Hard Rock Café in central Lisbon. There we were met by Luis Pena. Luis really ( like the other 2 ) knew His job well. And the journey out to Fatima was over much quicker than we would have expected. Our first port of call was rather large shop specialling in religious goods for sale. Then the short journey to Fatima itself. WOW, I'm not sure what we were to expect, but what we saw took our breath away. We were left to our own devices for about 1.5 hours, adequate time to see everything. Then off to the UNESCO site of Batalha. We rounded a corner and the best way to describe what greeted us was like an 'oasis in a desert'. The Cathedral was incredibly impressive.After that we headed for a headland over looking Nazaré. What a sight! And what a wonderful beach! Oh for a bit of heat so we could go down and swim. Luis brought us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch - that wasn't included in the fee and was made clearly to us. After Nazaré we were brought to the ancient walled city of Obidos. This was a full day trip and we only arrived back at the hard Rock Cafe around 19h00. BUT...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
