Hop on hop off Berlin - good trip aTher same as most of these trips a good way to orientate yourself and sort out what you want to see We took red route as that what time permited .The stafff all spoke good english

Berlin Wall walking tour - We did the hop on - hop off as well as the walking tour, rise and fall of the Berlin Wall. Our guide was called Freddie. He was an English man whose story was his own as he was there as the wall came down. It was a breath taking story that bought me to tears. I’ve thought about it this tour for the rest of my holiday. Freddie was informative, captivating and funny. I would highly recommend the walking tour.

Great way to see Berlin - This was a great way to see the highlights of Berlin, especially after feeling jet lagged and needing a rest! We could sit back on the bus and see the sights. Be aware that the bus drivers will pull over randomly at times for their 15 minute break and you will have to wait! Otherwise, great.

Walking tour worth it! - We bought the 48hr bus ticket which included the walking tour. Definitely the highlight! Freddie was fabulous taking us through history from WWII to reunification in an engaging, informative and lived-in way.

Hop on/off pickup spot difficult to find - Nice overview of the city. However, Audio was crackling; music too loud, narrative not loud enough. Bus driver was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately it was difficult to find the pickup stop on the back of the train station. That information is not provided on website.

Very disappointed! - We took the bus on stop 10, all the way to stop 4 for the walking tour. We took it again at point 15 (where the walking tour ends) to continue with the tour. The driver stop again at stop 4, and he said “that’s it. It is the last stop”. So, I asked him, how do I continue with the rest of the tour? We haven’t finished it yet? We have 7 more stop to go!” His answer was “well, this tour ends here. What do you want for me, to keep driving for you?. If you want to go to other stops walk or take a bus? I did all the route 4 times today…” So we, as other people, were left on that stop. We had to walk for 1.5 hrs to get to our hotel from that location. It waz not the first time we took this bus. We did it in other cities, and it’s never happened to us. I was totally surprised. We paid for 48 hrs experience, and we didn’t do the second day to finish the rest of the route because we didn’t want to be left again in stop 4. Very disappointed!

Horrible - I didn’t enjoy it. I wanted the walking tour and the only option was to purchase a 48 hour package with the walking guided tour. I was also not informed of the time of the tour. A employee told me that by the time I got there the tour would have left. I tried to get off in a stop and walk to the location. I got there before 2 but there was no guide. When I went back to get the bus I had missed the last bus and missed the entire tour. I would like to be compensated for this loss. It was a horrible experience.
