Whether you’re a zipline devotee or an adventure newbie, this Kohala zipline escapade in Kapaau, a quaint town at the northernmost point of the Big Island, will be a thrilling experience you’ll always remember!
- Participants must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs (32 kilograms and 122 kilograms) and WILL BE WEIGHED AT CHECK-IN. Guests will NOT be refunded if they do not meet the weight restrictions.
- Lightweight pants, capris or knee-length shorts, and a light sweatshirt are recommended
- Guests must wear close-toed shoes
- Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreement, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zip with them
- This tour is not recommended for expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems
- GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME

Kohala Zipline Station located in Kapaau in North Kohala. Driving directions from Kona/Kohala Resorts:
• Take Highway 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Hwy) north to Highway 270 (Akoni Pule Hwy).
• Turn left on to Highway 270 and continue approximately 21 miles to the intersection of Highway 270 and Hawi Road.
• Turn right on to Hawi Road. Kohala Zipline is the historic yellow building on the left behind the gas station.

Awesome Trip! - Had an amazing time! Learned so much about the town & land & met some amazing people! Had amazing guides who made the experience unforgettable! Would definitely go again & recommend to anyone!

Great experience led by fantastic guides!! - What a fantastic experience!! Our tour guides, Davyn and Cody were excellent! They were entertaining and informative and made us feel safe. As a 55+ woman in average shape - I was a little nervous - but they made it fun and easy. I would highly recommend doing this tour!! My husband and our teens loved it as well!

Would go on the tour again! - We absolutely loved our experience with the Kohala Canopy Zipline adventure! We came to big island for our honeymoon and wanted to have some relaxation time, along with some big adventures. This tour was our favorite adventure, and the guides truly made the experience for the whole group. Jake and Kody were not only filled with so much information about the local area, but they truly cared about the enjoyment and safety of all of us during the tour. The area was beautiful and the whole experience were worth the price. Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone! Harry in the office was also great to chat with!

What a great experience - It was such a great experience in such a beautiful surrounding. Our guides Curtis and Brogan made sure everyone felt good and safe at all times. They created a light mood and handled the group very well so everyone could enjoy themselves - even those who were scared at first. I would totally go again and recommend Kohala Zipline a 100 percent.

Lots of fun - This was an amazing experience. Curtis and Brogan made sure we were safe but were a lot of fun and entertained us with information about the area and trees, told us about the Hawaiian culture and legends, and were full of bits if interesting trivia. Thanks again for a wonderful afternoon. I would definitely recommend this.

Great fun Ziplining! - We had a great time! Tami and Nick our guides were excellent. They were fun, knowledgeable and above all very safety conscious. I felt confident doing all the zip lines having listened to their very clear, comprehensive instructions. We would definitely recommend Kohala Ziplines! Thankyou Tami and Nick 😄

Go Ziplining! - This was a great experience. Curtis and Elena were knowledgeable in Hawaiian history and plant facts. Their personalities made the experience more fun. The views were incredible. 1000% recommend.
