Fun experience to expand your coffee knowledge - The brewing workshop was a great way to highlight how much of an effect on taste different brewing methods have. I would consider it a beginner level class for those that are moving away from K-Cups or Folgers and are interested in buying whole beans at different roast and processing methods. Our guide, Marissa, was a lot of fun and accommodated my group's needs (my wife translating english to Spanish and my 4-year old wanting to participate). The coffee was sampled was freshly roasted and had great flavors to it, which was brought out differently by the french press, pour over, and espresso preparation. It was a great laid back experience set on a coffee farm overlooking the Kona coast. I would recommend this to anyone looking to sample some great coffee and you may just expand your knowledge at the same time.

Friends visiting wanted to go to a coffee farm - I had been here before a couple years ago although I learned a few new things this time. My friends had not been to a coffee farm before. Great guide with a wealth of information. Excellent coffee too! Very pretty grounds. Lots of fruit trees and beautiful flowers. I recommend this place.

Great Coffee in Paradise! - We did a short tour of the grounds (ha!) that included an explanation of the processes used to take their coffee from the plant to your cup. Very interesting and informative. After that was a tasting in their wonderful "visitors center" with a fabulous view and many coffee varieties to choose from. They are friendly and very knowledgeable and I guarantee the experience will expand your knowledge of this magical little bean. Great experience!
