Excellent experience! - We took the Deluxe Morning Snorkeling Adventure and had a fabulous time. We had debated between this company and one of the big boats, but all agreed that we made the right decision with Sea Quest. We have gone on the larger boats before, but this experience felt more personal and friendly. A few positives of being on a smaller boat is everything is easier with fewer people (passing out equipment, getting people on/off, etc), the ride to the snorkel sites is more fun in a small boat, you can visit some of the sea caves up close, and everyone got a close up view when a pod of dolphins and calves swam past us. I was a little worried about the lack of shade, but didn't feel overheated because we were either moving or in the water snorkeling. Both snorkel sites were excellent (Kealakekua Bay gets shockingly crowded when the cruise ships come in, but still worth it), our captain Kevin was personable and provided great commentary, and the process of making reservations/signing waivers/check in was painless. Would recommend this experience and will return to this company for our next snorkel tour.

Snorkeling over amazing coral reefs - Best snorkeling I’ve ever done. Natalie and Maggie where great tour guides It was awesome to see all the coral and the colorful fish in both bays but we also had some bottleneck and spinner dolphins chase our wake for a bit. Really cool experience

Amazing raft boat snorkel small group experience! - We took our kids on their first ocean snorkel experience with sea quest deluxe morning snorkel adventure. The small group and small boat experience was very positive and they had a wonderful time. It stops at two snorkel locations and makes multiple stops to see sea caves and other interesting things to see along the shore. Really fun experience that is well planned and coordinated with good gear!

Great time from start to finish! - The kids really enjoyed this excursion as did the adults. We started off with a 40 minute Kodiak boat out to the first snorkeling area. The boat went fast enough to create a bumpy ride but safe enough so no one could fall over. We had ample time to snorkel at first location. Our captain showed us sea caves, lava tubes and other things of interest. When we got back on, there were snacks waiting for us: freshly cut orange and pineapple slices. The second snorkel location was at Captain Cook Monument. Fish were friendly and some came up close. Great day!

Fantastic Voyage! - This was a fantastic snorkeling morning. We are fairly experienced snorkelers, but had not been on a tour yet. The first stop was Honaunau Bay (Two-Step) and coming her from the sea vs. the shore showed us that there's much more to see than we had previously. The massive coral growth and large variety of fish was impressive. We saw turtles and trumpet fish also. The ride there was choppy, but the Captain's experience at riding the waves was evident and made it enjoyable. After Honaunau, we made our way up to Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook). We've snorkeled here many times, but it is getting very crowded. Inbetween we stopped at many caves on the shoreline and really enjoyed the waves. Captain Skyler and his First Mate, Ashley, were very professional and great company, lots of jokes mixed with great knowledge of the seas, caves and local Hawaiian history at each stop. I strongly recommend making this a part of your Hawaii experience.

Lots of fish - There was plenty of fish and coral reef to see at both locations. We also saw some dolphins on the way to the snorkel location. We saw some sea caves on the way back.
