Yummy and unique Farm Tour - We have done many farm tours on several different islands over the years and this one was simply delightful! Susan, the host/owner was welcoming, knowledgeable, and a great communicator who shared not just about her farm and product, but also about the area’s history. We were able to see the plants at all stages of growth with minimal walking and comfortably sat for the presentation and tastings. The tastings were amazing and plentiful. We purchased products to create the recipes at home. Definitely worth the drive and time for this unique farm tour!

Amazing, informative, and delicious tour! - Susan gave us an amazing experience on this tour! We learned so much about the history of the area, the process of raising the hibiscus in the hydropnics, and some delicious recipes we could try for ourselves. Every one of us became fans of the hibiscus products. 13/10, will visit again the next time we visit Hawaii! Thank you, Susan!

An educational and tasty tour worthy of your time - What a wonderful tour that was both entertaining and informative. Who would have thought that the edible hibiscus is medicinal and delicious. The samples were top notch as was the host.

This Hibiscus farm was amazing! - This was a wonderful experience! Who knew hibiscus were edible! Looking for something different to do on the Big Island with family. We were educated, enchanted, and nourished! We came on a beautiful day on the Hilo side of the Island receiving a private tour and tasting. Owner Susan was knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely be returning with future visitors! Mahalo!

Wonderful Experience and Tour - My friend and I had the pleasure of getting a tour from Susan. It was educational, fun and yummy! The tour concluded with samples of different ways to add hibiscus to recipes. One thing that could be improved is the signage. The signs are small and the arrows were not helpful. We drove past it twice.

A yummy visit! - Susan, our guide, was a delight. She share her and her husband’s journey on the farm to date. The workings of the hydroponic farm was interesting and inspiring…. If only I was younger. We hope to check in on our next visit.

Recommended for people who are interested in the hydroponic process and gardening - As a gardener I loved this tour. The host was informative and overall the presentation was interesting. Our tour was rescheduled twice which wasn’t a problem for us but it might be for future visitors. The hibiscus edibles were delicious and finding the farm was easy. There wasn’t a ton to see by way of edible and non-edible hibiscus flowers and those that we saw were noticeably eaten by bugs. I do understand that bugs are a common plight for gardeners . This was an all star experience for us, but if you’re not a plant enthusiast, you may not be interested in the hydroponic process. But you will love the hibiscus ice tea, panacotta, and the shortbread with jam.
