Awesome Edible Hibiscus Farm Tour! - Awesome farm tour with Susan who was knowledgeable, personable, pleasant and friendly! Who knew that a calyx was not only edible but delicious! I have edible hibiscus jam, the calyxes in syrup, the tea mix and spice rub all made by Susan that I can share with my family and Food Group at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our farm tour!

Unexpected treat from the hibiscus - It was so fun to learn about hibiscus and to taste it in several different forms, all prepared by the owner. She also sells several hibiscus products, most of which she prepares.

10/10 would recommend - As a hibiscus lover. The farm was wonderful to see. It is a true farm, not a hibiscus garden so there aren't many of the pretty ornamental types (though there are some). We were taught history of the island and the farm itself before going over how the hibiscus grows. The tasting at the end was also wonderful with homemade tea, preserves and syrup with hibiscus inside. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone as it's a great way to learn more about other aspects of the island and the wonderful variety of crop it can grow.

Yummy and unique Farm Tour - We have done many farm tours on several different islands over the years and this one was simply delightful! Susan, the host/owner was welcoming, knowledgeable, and a great communicator who shared not just about her farm and product, but also about the area’s history. We were able to see the plants at all stages of growth with minimal walking and comfortably sat for the presentation and tastings. The tastings were amazing and plentiful. We purchased products to create the recipes at home. Definitely worth the drive and time for this unique farm tour!

Recommended for people who are interested in the hydroponic process and gardening - As a gardener I loved this tour. The host was informative and overall the presentation was interesting. Our tour was rescheduled twice which wasn’t a problem for us but it might be for future visitors. The hibiscus edibles were delicious and finding the farm was easy. There wasn’t a ton to see by way of edible and non-edible hibiscus flowers and those that we saw were noticeably eaten by bugs. I do understand that bugs are a common plight for gardeners . This was an all star experience for us, but if you’re not a plant enthusiast, you may not be interested in the hydroponic process. But you will love the hibiscus ice tea, panacotta, and the shortbread with jam.
