My visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park from Hilo was an amazing experience. - My visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park from Hilo was an amazing experience. The drive took me from tropical landscapes to breathtaking volcanic terrain. The most exciting thing was to be able to see the Kīlauea volcano erupting and observe the lava flowing. It was really spectacular. The Crater Rim Drive offered unique views, and the Devastation Trail allowed me to see up close how lava has transformed everything in its path. The Jaggar Museum gave me excellent information about volcanic activity, and at the end of the day, the starry sky completed the experience. Definitely a place I recommend to all who visit Hilo. A unique adventure that I will never forget!

Fantastic Day at Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park - We really enjoyed our journey thru Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park. We learned a great deal about volcanoes and their destructive power, as well as learning about (and seeing) the regeneration of new life, following the destruction. The Guide Along app made for an extra informative ride thru the park. We took many pictures of lava formations, steam vents, the lava tube and fauna, that we will keep for years to come.

Give Alex the tour guide a go - We had Alex take us in a small van up to the volcano. What a wonderful source of information he is, full of island knowledge and laughter. Enjoyed his sense of humor and dedication in looking after us Aussies. Book with Malahini, they wait by the cruise dock and are there when you get off. Go with them and try and get Alex, he is a super tour guide who shares lots of laughs and a good tour with you
