Amazing Manta Ray Night Swim Experience!!! - We had the most amazing experience doing the Manta Ray night swim. Lexy, Justin, and the rest of the crew are fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. Lexy is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. The experience itself was pure magic. We were lucky to have 4-5 mantas swimming with us the entire time. Our guide was super knowledgeable and told us the names of the rays and a bunch of interesting facts about them. I also appreciate having a smaller tour group, it makes the experience feel more intimate and special. If I return to Kona, I will definitely book with this company again! Thank you Hawaii Oceanic!

Fantastic wildlife experience - Lexy, Eric, Justin, and Molly were a great team. I was initially a little anxious thinking about being in the ocean after dark. They all made me feel comfortable, explained how everything worked, took care of all the details, and provided a lot of information about mantas. We did get to see two mantas, which was thrilling to me.

Wowsa - a night to remember - We were referred by a friend who used this team before. It did not disappoint. We saw several mantarays, and they came right up to us. These gentle giants are so amazing. Be sure someone in your group has Go Pro... you want to capture this moment! Lexy, Justin, Eric and Molly were our crew (ground to boat), and kept us informed and ensure a solid experience. Thanks for adding to our wonderful time in Hawaii.... truly a 5 Star outing!

Run (or swim!)—don't walk—to this once-in-a-lifetime experience - When planning our trip to the Big Island, I spent a lot of time choosing the perfect manta ray night snorkel. Even though it was a little pricier than others, I selected this company because I liked the idea of a smaller group. It was PERFECT. Lexy, Justin, Ake and Kolten were an amazing crew. Lexy's communication on the night was great, and while other companies were struggling to maneuver their large boats towards the direction of the magical mantas, we were fortunate enough to have Ake, who got the 9 of us right where we needed to go. It was breathtaking how close we were to the creatures and how much we learned, and it was fun to share the experience with a little group instead of a giant crowd. We were particularly grateful for the wetsuits and the chance to rent a Go Pro. I highly recommend this once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Not as expected - Our tour was not as expected. The crew was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information on Manta Rays and what to expect. But the experience was not what we would have loved to have. We took the 6:30pm tour to watch the sunset on the boat but it was just a glance by as the sunset around this time of year happens between 6:20pm and 6:30pm. The water was too cold to not have full wets suits. We were given wet jackets but there could have been stronger suggestions to wear wet suits. If you are in cold water after sunset for 30 mins or more and just floating, you would want to be comfortable to enjoy it. We saw only one Manta Ray just swing by for a passing glance, which was a beautiful sight but not worth the value of the tour. We were not able to reschedule for another tour and were offered gift cards from Hawaii Oceanic. I do not believe it's ideal.
