100% worth it! Do it! - This tour was so fun! The food was DELICIOUS! The drinks were fantastic. The people on the tour with us were so fun. Our guide, Ki, was the icing on the cake. His obvious love for the island and the stories made the whole afternoon even better. If you love food and chatting, definitely don't pass this up.

Experience this tour early on your vacation - Kai is a very experienced and fun guide. Thank you for inspiring my new upcoming foodie tours in Capitola, CA. The food, history and culture were all spectacular. You should book this tour early in your vacation. We went back to the famous Mai Tai restaurant after the tour. Thank you, Kai for all your tips!

Lovely Kona Food Tour with Kamakea! - Kamakea was a delightful hostess and tour guide! We enjoyed the wealth of information she shared with us about Kona and all the tasty bites— as well as the unique drinks. The avocado fries and Hawaiian pizza were our favorites!

Great intro to Kailua-Kona - A leisurly introduction to the waterfront. This tour featured the best of a wide crosssection of foods available here. This tour featured/included 4 alcoholic beverages, which is more than other Viator food tours we've participated in. As our group was a bit large (13) having two guide/hosts was very helpful as you could hear the historical highlights and always had someone near to direct questions to. Be sure to taste all the foods whether the clam chowder and luau pizza or the poke (best ever) and marlin (as fish & chips).

Big island food tour - This was a great experience. Kai and Kama were super knowledgeable and happy people. They took us to really good places and hidden gems to get the best foods in the big island. Loved the tour, it did not disappoint.

Definitely bring your appetite - We scheduled this tour at the last minute. Glad we did! Our guide, Ellie was very knowledgeable about the different snacks and beverages that we partook in. Unfortunately, there were 2 teenage boys who were unwilling to "experiment". However, since they seemed to be interested in either snorkeling or surfing, Ellie took time to explain some of her experiences and risks. There wasn't any "weird" food... Their loss! Ellie also stopped at several of Kona's historic locations. The family owned poke stop was our favorite, though the other stops were also very good. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the gelato at the end for dessert. Pure heaven! Was about a 3 hour stroll and a total mile from end to end. Easy walking. Mahalo Ellie!

Great walking food tour through downtown Kona! - Kai and Ellie were so friendly and gave us a great experience on our walking (and eating) tour through downtown Kona. They shared insights about the history of the city and island and we stopped at some great restaurants along the way. It was everything we hoped it would be, and it even had plenty of food for someone like me who (unfortunately) has a shellfish allergy. Highly recommend!

Great tour with good food, drinks and knowledge of the Island. - Kai and Ellie were excellent guides. Both were full of knowledge and information to share about the island and history. We stopped at a variety of places that had great examples of local food choices and most of the stops had very nice alcoholic drinks to with the food! Would do it again and brings more friends!
