Super scenic day! - Derick took us on an all-day excursion. His van was very comfortable & we could see the scenery, from any seat, as we drove by. Derick explained the sights as we drove past & he was very informative during the destination stops. The water bottles he supplied & offers at appropriate intervals was very much appreciated. He offered to stop anywhere we suggested & he chose some destinations that were inspiring. We had a fantastic day!

Great Big Island Tour with Ohana Private Car - We booked with Derrick to tour the northern part of the Big Island over to Hilo and then Volcanoes National Park. His tour did not disappoint. Derrick is a very knowledgeable individual that works hard to tailor the day to your requests. We enjoyed seeing several waterfalls. Eating delicious fresh fruit at a local fruit stand and a perfect lunch at the Hilo Farmers Market. His van was very large and wonderfully comfortable for the 6 of us. He had water available, and when the liquid sunshine arrived, he had ponchos and umbrellas for those that needed them. Derrick was very responsive when we were planning our trip and the day of pickup. We would definitely recommend Ohana Private Car if your planning on booking a tour while your on the Big Island.

Great private tour of Kona - Derrick was an amazing tour guide and tailored the tour to exactly what we wanted. Very comfortable van and ge had cold waters for us. HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding Tour of Memorable Vistas - We had a wonderful day touring the north part of the Big island of Hawaii. Derrick showed us some beautiful waterfalls and beaches and was a great tour guide. He designed the trip so that our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Derrick was professional and happy to adjust the itinerary to go to any places we suggested. His van was very comfortable for our family with 2 of our members being over 6' tall. We had plenty of time to get out and hike some of the trails.

Highly recommended tour guide! - I was so happy to find Derick waiting outside our cruise ship a few weeks ago this summer. The plans that my daughter and I had were canceled. We also had a difficult time finding transportation. I was traveling alone with my 13 year old. I needed to find something. Derick told us he would be happy to take us around Kona. We stopped at historic sites, a market with many locally made items, then we went to a coffee farm, and then a beach. We had a really excellent time. All the while, I was extremely comfortable with Derick, as was my daughter. He picked the perfect beach to take us to. I highly recommend Derick for families and any sort of tour. He knows so much about the island: its history and where to go. I hope to book a tour with him next time we are at Kona. Thank you!

Thorough tour of Coastal Big Island area! - The unexpected surprise of the big island was our private luxury van tour! Originally, my spouse and I were going to freestyle tour, however we're convinced by our small group of friends to join them on the luxury van tour. We ended up securing a custom 3.5 hour excursion that had us on a multi stop adventure. We saw beautiful coastline, ancient burial grounds, Kona Coffee farm, a lava tube, the painted Catholic church, and more! Derrick was a very informative tour guide, and made the experience all the more engaging. Definitely recommended if you are coming off of the cruise ship as we did, or certainly riding in luxury to and from the airport and other customer venues on the big island! Looking forward to another tour soon into deep volcano 🌋 territory!

We enjoyed the information he provided us and thoroughly enjoyed our day which included the Coffee producer, Kona Cloud Forest, sightseeing along the gorgeous shoreline, and a great lunch.
