Please arrive 10 min. early. Address is 78-7138 Kaleiopapa Street. Look for boat launches / ramps at the bottom of the road & meet at the picnic table by the restrooms. Park Free along road, NO parking in the long narrow stalls designated for vehicles w/boat trailers.

Phenomenal guide - What an a amazing trip with an amazing guide, David and Chip. They were very respectful and knowledgeable to the area providing important history of the island along the way. The snorkeling was phenomenal!

This was definitely a... - This was definitely a highlight of our trip, Justin and Jordan were awesome, super knowledgeable, fun, friendly and funny too. We saw dolphins, and lava tubes, the snorkeling was incredible and beautiful. The boat ride was fun, it was a fabulous experience all around.

A absolute must! - Place was easy to find. They also provide a photo on the reservation so you know where to meet for your tour. Our guides were Erik and Cole. Erik and Cole made the experience on the boat super fun. They had a great music selection as well cruised through the waters and excellent pineapple for a light snack after being in the water. They were very knowledgeable able about the areas we were cruising through. We saw dolphins and lots of cool fish in the areas we were snorkeling in. I highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Erik ans Cole! For making this experience a memorable one.

Great time! - There are alot of these types of tours. This one was a great choice! I was worried the navy seal boat would be uncomfortable, but it wasnt at all. It was a smooth and quick ride to the snorkling area. We saw lots of fish, and were pleasantly surprised by some spinner dolphins within a few feet of us. On our way back we stopped and saw lava tubes, sea caves, and a even seal. All in all it was an amazing excursion and I highly recommend. Shout out to our guides, Justin and J for making it so fun:)

Zodiac boat snorkel - The zodiac boat was so fast and fun, guides were helpful and encouraging to all the guests and we got to see lots of dolphins

Highly recommend - This was a well organized, safe, and fun experience! It was a high light of our trip on the Big Island. Throughout the experience, both leaders were watching us and providing safety measures! They took us on a quick side tour to see lava landmarks and also had fresh pineapple for us to enjoy! Highly recommend this tour!!

Unforgettable first snorkel experience - My husband and I had done dives and snorkeling trips in Kona but this was a first for our kids who are 8 and 11 years old. The boat ride (small party of 12) out was fast and exhilarating (no sea sickness or nausea). The waters around Kealakekua were crystal clear and warm. The reef is healthy and loads of marine life to observe in the marine preserve. The kids felt safe and comfortable on this trip thanks to excellent briefings by captain Eric and Chip. It was a bit tricky to find our tour in a busy harbour. Would recommend better advertising and identification on the boats and company clothing for the crew.

Not as advertised - So disappointing for many reasons! They never answered their phone (mailbox as full for 2 days) so when a family member got ill we couldn't cancel as they state in their promo. Two, they drive by the "sea caves" and don't stop to snorkel. I've spoken to others who went on a different day who stated the same. The "snack" they mention never materialzed. At one point one of the staff cut up a pineapple and passed it around and we were to take a piece--none was left when we got it. The driver of the boat and staff were kind yet the trip wasn't as advertised and we felt scammed.

No 3 hour tour for us! - The boat never showed up and we weren't contacted by the tour operator regarding this until almost 40 minutes later. In the meantime, I called Viator and I will say the customer service agent named Angelica was very pleasant and apologetic, took care of this right away and issued refunds accordingly.
