KEALAKEKUA BAY: Kealakekua Bay is a renowned historical site and an underwater marine sanctuary. The expansive bay is designed to provide calm waters throughout the year, making it one of the finest Kona snorkeling tours. The waters here are crystal clear, offering excellent visibility. Kealakekua Bay is home to over 100 different species of tropical fish, and dolphins may even be spotted as the tour departs.
HONAUNAU BAY: Situated near Pu’uhonua O Hōnaunau National Historic Park, often called the “Place of Refuge,” this is a famous snorkeling destination. Honaunau Bay is uniquely beautiful. Snorkeling here offers a different experience compared to Kealakekua Bay, with exceptional water visibility most of the year. You can explore stunning coral shelves interspersed with white sandy patches. Here, you might encounter a Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle).
