• Kailua-Kona - Embark on an exhilarating journey aboard our dynamic, dual-engine, rigid inflatable boats as we venture in search of the majestic Humpback Whales during their seasonal journey. Alongside these gentle giants, you may also encounter a variety of their cetacean relatives such as Pilot Whales, Beaked Whales, and Melon-headed Whales that frequently inhabit the waters off the Kona coast.

Your excursion is centered around locating these splendid sea creatures and dedicating time to observe them, take photographs, gain knowledge, and listen to their enchanting songs and sounds through our specialized underwater hydrophone equipment.

Spanning 2.5 hours, this adventure does not involve exiting the boat or swimming to watch the whales. Nevertheless, it presents an ideal chance for ocean enthusiasts and nature lovers. People of all ages and capabilities, including adults, youngsters, families, and friends, will collectively revel in the awe-inspiring display of one of the ocean’s most graceful inhabitants.

Join our Dolphin & Whale Watch adventure to discover the fascinating world of dolphins, whales, and wildlife along Kona’s stunning coastline. Our experienced captains will guide your journey, highlighting breathtaking sights and sharing insights about the area’s wildlife, history, and geology as you leisurely cruise in search of diverse marine life.

Throughout the year, Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins, and Spotted Dolphins are frequently spotted. From December to March, Humpback Whales visit the area to mate and give birth. You may also encounter Pilot Whales, Beaked Whales, Melon-headed Whales, and other species. Our focus is on locating these magnificent creatures and spending time observing, learning, photographing, and listening to their songs and vocalizations using our underwater hydrophone. Step aboard one of our rigid hull inflatable vessels and enjoy a relaxed island cruise with us.

Please note, this is a non-snorkeling tour, suitable for ages 5 and up. The tour lasts 3.5 hours, including check-in time. The selected tour time is the check-in time.
