Exceeded my expectation! The personable crew ensured our safety and comfort at all times - We had a very memorable adventure!
We roared across the ocean with Captain Justin at the helm and Max as the 2nd.
We went out in a large open boat with 2 huge motors. The equipment was excellent.
The weather was perfect today.
We cruised to Captain Cooke and
snorkeled the shoreline there.
I saw many different colorful fish.
We learned about the areas rich cultural history from Captain Justin.
After the swim Max prepared and served delicious pineapple to the boat.
Cruising back we saw the lava tubes and saw large estate homes on the shore.
I would recommend this company and this specific tour to anyone who wants to snorkel at Captain Cooke.
My family was perfectly safe in the hands of Captain Justin and Max at all times.

No frills fun - Eric and Lacey were great. We went on a snorkeling trip to Captain Cook. We were contemplating the catamaran trip but glad we got out quickly with the nimble and fast zodiac. The boat ride was fun. Bring your own fins.

Perfect Balance of Chill & Thrill - The boat ride & music was a blast! Erik & Lacey were great hosts and super accommodating for the snorkel experience. We plan to come back and do it again in April!

Book this thrill ride - Do you have a need for speed? If you don’t want a boring ass boat ride with 50 other people who will, on your own overwhelm and crowd the Cook monument area, this is the tour for you. The navy seal raft you just sit in the edge and it goes FAST so you have to hold on. The driver Erik is truly a master at his craft. We saw dolphins and made an effort to engage with them. You get close to the sea caves at the end on a wild ride. Loud music of varied genres was great.
This is listed for people with snorkeling experience. They just have you jump out.
If you need prescription goggles because you wear glasses, rent your own prior to coming. I know the larger boats supply them but they don’t have it here.

Very fun and interesting caves! - Exciting ride! I loved the fast boat ride. It was like riding the banana! However, I felt a little unsafe riding without a life vest. The guys were really nice and informative. We saw dolphins, snorkeling and went to caves. Very cool! The only thing I didn’t like was that a girl was vaping and they didn’t say anything even though there was a sign on the boat that clearly prohibited. Then one of the two tour guides did it too. I didn’t like that at all, but everything else went very well. Fun!

Not as expected, but good - The guides were fun, and the navy boat was a fun ride, but the pictures are misleading. We were disappointed that we didn't go into the caves as pictured. We went to Captain Cook as we did the day before and then went near a cave, but never in it. I booked this as a second snorkel tour for that reason.

Very poor communications. Do not recommend. Very disappointing! - Although we were excited to do this excursion, we didn't get to do it. We arrived before the 10:30 am departure time but there was nobody there to meet us. We tried to call them but there was no phone number for them in any of the literature we received. We tried messaging them, but they did not respond in a timely way. When they finally responded, we were told that the time had been changed and we were supposedly notified of this through a 6am text. However, I never received this text. We waited around until well after we assumed they had left without us and then went to check with other nearby businesses to see if any of them could provide any information. None could. I've tried to communicate with them since then and have been told by them that they will have Viator delete any criticism of them. If that is true, I will never book through Viator again. They flatly refuse to give a refund. I cannot recommend this company.
