Cancellation Policy
- The operator will provide a full refund if you cancel more than three days beforehand. If you cancel less than three days beforehand, a 50% refund will be given.
- No shows and day of cancellations will be charged full price.
- Refunds will be issued in cases of inclement weather and travel delays that affect your trip to Alaska, sudden illness, or if the operator needs to cancel for any reason.

We had a great time on our sled dog ride with Chad. He was a wealth of knowledge and stopped several times to help take many pictures of us and the dogs. My daughter (8) especially enjoyed it! Definitely a must see/do when in Alaska!
