This erstwhile horse trail has transformed into a rugged 4x4 dirt track, stretching over 10 miles across northern Big Sur’s scenic hills and valleys. Much of the tour winds through the heart of a sprawling 7,100-acre ranch, which has been a hub for cattle farming since 1834. Depending on the time of year, you may spot cows lounging around on the road!
Prepare to test your equanimity against the steep hills. Our potent Pedego eBikes will help ease the formidable ascents. However, if you weigh more than 180 lb, be ready to chip in with pedalling while scaling the hillocks. Also, be prepared for lengthy descents on loose soil (or muddy paths in winters).
