Experiencing the best of nature in the wonderful Adelaide Hills. - We were met at the farm shop by our friendly and knowledgeable guide.
She was so interesting and informative. The huge array of organic plants on this beautiful property are used in essential oils and skin products and more. We were able to sample some as we went through the gardens. The aromas and the beautiful vistas made it a wonderful experience. Different fitness levels were thoughtfully catered for. A huge help for me.
It was an experience I was so glad I was able to do, in a very peaceful setting. The tour lasted a little over an hour with time for browsing the products after. Thank you for a great experience!

Highly recommend this tour - I learned all about the plants that are used in production and others that might be used in the future. Tried a few samples on the way around the gardens as well. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend this tour.

It was great to smell the roses. - This was a great tour. You get to see all the plants that are grown for the different products. You get to see some of the processes used to make the products, and you get to sample some of the products. I found it fascinating. And the roses smell divine!

Farm tour - Such a lovely space with beautiful views. The tour was interesting but we didn’t think it was value for money. Approximately 20 people attended the tour all paying $40. We felt it needed more….. more information about the biodynamic gardening process and the properties of the plants grown and shown. Perhaps a printed sheet showing the plant benefits and a short video? We also felt that a take home sample pack would have been good and a drink of the herb tea.

Very informative - The tour was very informative, thanks to our excellent tour guide, Lexi. I not only learned about how Jurlique produces its plant requirements but picked up some hints for my own garden.

Offer discount after tour. Great business opportunity for you - Offer a discount in shop as tour price was quite high. Especially as you didn't have concession fees for entry. It would actually create new customers, rather than leaving a bit confused by all the products.
This us a management issue, as Faye was an excellent guide

Great informative experience that gives you a nice understanding of their products. - Our tour guide was brilliant, and the information shared was really interesting. The length was perfect. Only suggestion is at the end, it would have been great if they then led into all the products they have explaining the ranges and which products suit which skin type and skin concerns while in store but it just ends in the shop and we were to navigate the products on our own. Also, even just the smallest discount would have incentivised us to purchase which I felt was a miss for Jurlique. Simple things like sign up to join our membership to get 10% off or even just 10% off for today. Also, we stood waiting for 15 minutes while both staff served the one group of two, and we felt a bit ignored but no big deal. Again, five stars to our tour guide!
