Awesome Rappels and water slides! - Great experience! 5 rappels, 4 water slides. Gloves were not included but would have helped with the wet rope during the rappel. Would recommend bringing a pair. Our guide Juan was great. About a 2 mile hike in and out to the canyon. All other equipment was included. Our guide had a GoPro for photos and videos but we also had dry bags where we kept one phone for extra photos. Would absolutely recommend this excursion. It was about a 12 minute drive to the trailhead from Canmore. The last rappel is down a large waterfall!

Fantastic canyoning experience - We had such an amazing day!!! We are a family with three kids (9, 11 and 12). Guillaume, our guide, was super supportive. One of our sons has a fear of heights and he helped him to overcome it with his patience, calmness and friendliness. The whole team is amazing and provided us with all the equipment that we needed and picked a suitable tour for us, so that we all, the kids and us grownups, could enjoy it. There were parts that were challenging but with the support of our experienced guide Guillaume, we always felt safe and could easily handle it in a fun way! To experience the natural beauty of Canada this adventurous way is unique!

Great new adventure to try something never done before - Got this Heart creek adventure as a Christmas gift to my wife and was excited to FINALLY get to go in July (we decided to wait until the weather was consistently warm as we knew it was a trip in which you’ll get wet). Prior to the day we received detailed instructions via email that answered all questions we had and set us up for success. We met our host and guide, Guillaume, at Heart creek lot at prescribed time and I liked the diligence he paid in reviewing all potential safety hazards (and mitigations) to ensure we were adequately prepared – he involved us in the discussion, rather than just talking at us. This instilled confidence knowing that safety is the top priority for them. We got sized up for wetsuits and packed our gear up – I appreciated that, outside of some snacks, we didn’t have to bring anything – they provide everything you need for adventure, including helmet, wetsuit, and dry bag that you can wear as a backpack. (However, If you decide to bring a phone/camera, I recommend you consider bringing your own watertight container for it – they provide dry bags but as you’ll be getting submerged in water occasionally, always better safe than sorry (although we didn’t have any issue)). There is a nice hike to start off as you will go to the farthest point and work your way back through the canyon -- it does involve some steep-ish sections, so want to ensure you wear shoes with decent ankle support (although remember that these shoes will get wet as you also will be fording some streams too). I am nervous with heights, but Guillaume took as much time as we needed to demo and practice roping up and getting the hang of descending. You’ll start with some smaller descents and eventually end up at the best part – a 5-story waterfall that you’ll rappel down. Really exciting, so picturesque, and gave us a sense of accomplishment that we could brag about at the office the next week! Finally, I really appreciate the fact that Guillaume prefers to focus on quality of the experience of all involved and keeps group sizes small (rather than some other companies that try to cram as many people they can in a given tour). We stopped to rest as we needed and had snacks along the way – we never felt rushed. Highly recommended! I look forward to trying some of the other locations that they offer

Incredible Experience! - We have never gone canyoning before and we thought this was an incredible experience. We got a step by step tutorial and each canyon increased in difficulty so we were ready by the last one! The guide was incredible and made us feel safe the whole time. Even the hike up to the canyon was beautiful. Strong recommend!

Fun and confidence in one day - Are you kidding me??? Who knew “canyoning” in English just means straight fun!!! This tour is awesome, in that it started with some smaller rappels to help me build skills and confidence, and it leads to a big rappel right beside a huge waterfall. I was so amazed! The guides were so patient with our group, which was very important because we were all beginners. Guilluame and his guides were there with kindness and encouragement throughout the whole day! Couldn’t ask for a better day!

Fantastic experience - It rained hard before our meeting time, we were worried about the cold and wet. So were our guides, as they brought the dry suits rather than the wet suits. Huge plus, as the water was cold. We met about 30 minutes before our set time, learned about our two guides, Guillaume and Olivia, and what to expect. We hiked for about 45 minutes along the creek and through the forest. Once we reached our top point we dressed in our suits and learned how to rappel. Then we were off to the first waterfall. It was so fun, it's not easy to describe. It is a must to experience. Each waterfall, pool and slide had it's own unique challenge. But the last one was over the top. I was pumped that our group all went over the last one like champions. We had a group of 8, 3 adults and 5 teens (13 thru 48). There was some down time when waiting for group members to do their thing, this just allowed us more visiting time. We all had different athletic abilities, that our guides inquired about to make sure they understood our levels. They were very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. The things I would do differently: bring sufficient snacks and a waterproof camera/gopro.

Memorable and unique experience - We had a wonderful tour with Guillame and Olivia! We were a group of 8 (3 adults, 5 teenagers) and went at the end of May. Our guides were personable, patient and accommodating. The water was chilly but the drysuits kept us comfortable. It was a memorable experience that we would definitely recommend to others!
