Perfect Mix of beautiful nature and adventure - Even though the Werther was Kind of Bad, very clowdy at Times also raining quite a bit, I enjoyed the Trip very much, the views in the Canyon, especially all wet, cloudy and foggy were truly beautiful The abseiling and sliding was also a lot of fun! It started out with shorter abseiling parts at the upper Canyon. It was good because then you did know a bit better what to do, when the last 20 Meter drop abseiling un the lower Canyon came up

A MUST do in banff - this tour was definitely the highlight of our banff trip. Our guide jitka has a great personality. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very safe. This hike was great and challenging. You will explore the exclusive part of the trail and it was very quiet and peaceful. Rapping was so much fun. We will recommend families, couples, friends should spend a day rapping the Canadian Rockies

So much fun! - This was brilliant fun for my partner and I. With 3 other travellers, plus our guide Kanishk, we had an exciting half day exploring the canyon, learning about the area, and learning how to repel. Kanishk was an excellent guide. He kept the energy levels up, made us feel safe and secure while on the ropes, and made the day feel like an adventure. Some notes for those wondering what to pack/bring: The hike up: - You’ll meet in the car park and be assigned you wetsuits, harness and helmet. These will go in a big dry bag that you’ll carry up the mountain. - We hiked up in shorts and shirts, with bathing suits already on underneath. - You’ll be given wetsuit socks to wear in your shoes for the hike up. - YOUR SHOES WILL BE SOAKED. Whatever shoes you are hiking in are what you’ll use for the whole day. So make sure you’re happy that they can get completely wet and have some grip. At the top: - You’ll change into your wetsuit, and the clothes you hiked up on will go into the dry-bags to be taken back down as you go. Food/water: - Bring water in a bottle. - Food is probably best kept to granola bars or similar. Anything you put into the dry bag will get squashed, so fruit might not last long. Once you’re finished in the water: - You’ll hike back down in your wetsuits, but you may take off the jacket. - You’ll get changed back at the meeting point in the car park.

A great experience - What an exhilarating experience! Our guide, Mark, was a skilled patient, encouraging instructor. Not only did we learn how to rappel, we also came away with knowledge about the flora and fauna of the area. We have lots of great stories to tell and photos to share.

Epic Day - Heart Creek Canyon - Jitka was an amazing guide for our family’s adventure in Heart Creek Canyon. She prepared us be explaining our excursion in advance. She was very encouraging during challenges and allowed us to go at our own comfortable pace. Her knowledge and skill of canyoning and explanation of safety mechanisms was reassuring and allowed us to feel comfortable during the entire experience. Jitka was a strong proponent of skill development and taught us introductory skills in a way that we were able to understand in a relatively short timeframe. She was cognitive of maintaining a high comfort level and safety for the group, specifically encouraging smaller children to go later on repels so they were not stuck in the coldest sections for too long. She was very encouraging and positive throughout the trip and has inspired my young girls (13 & 14) to do more canyoning in future. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in trying canyoning. Basic skill development throughout the excursion is rewarded with a beautiful private waterfall descent to end the trip.

Best adventure ever - We absolutely loved our experience. Our guide, Jitka, was so amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this for people who love adventures and adrenaline rushes. You are going to get soaked but they provide the wet suit and socks for your shoes. That being said definitely bring an extra pair of underwear and a change of shoes. This was by far the favorite part of our trip!

Amazing canyon trip - Amazing trip. Our guide was Jitika (spelling could be wrong) and she was absolutely the best. Rappelling involves trust and competence from your leader and she was all of those things. We had an amazing time. Good hiking, good weather, good people. A great day. I highly recommend.

Great experience! - Oh my goodness! Yitka (our guide) was very good at explaining the process and being sure everyone felt comfortable. Starting with a few small drops and slides before the big one (beside the waterfall.) She had a very calming way of talking you through each step~ repeating the steps and was very encouraging. You can decide to hike down if you don’t feel comfortable doing the 60 foot rappell. DO IT~ I had absolutely no experience~ was a bit afraid~but knew Yitka (although she was a tiny gal) had control of one of the ropes if I had trouble. Definitely an experience I will never forget. Forgot to mention the hike up and through the canyon was breathtaking. Thank you Yitka for a beautiful day learning something new.

Fun but not a beginner level experience. - We had a great time but this experience is NOT a beginner level experience. We were a group of different levels o fitness from Seattle, California, etc and we managed to complete it and had a lot of fun but we all agreed this should be marked as at least moderate. The hike up to the canyon is quite steep and physically demanding, we had one person who was supposed to go with a heart condition who decided to sit out and it was the right he decision. What was great; - our guide was phenomenal and made sure we had a great time. - the last canyon drop is very long and fun. - it’s also a very hidden waterfall that can only be accessed by the canyoning so that was cool. - also a great place to take pictures. I’d recommend it if you’re outdoorsy and want to give it a shot.
