A Refreshing Dip at Llanos de Cortes

As a seasoned surfer, I’ve spent countless hours chasing waves along the sun-drenched coasts of Central America. But every now and then, I crave a different kind of water adventure. That’s what led me to the Llanos de Cortes Waterfall, a hidden gem nestled in the lush jungles of Costa Rica. From the harvesting of ripe cacao pods to the roasting of coffee beans, every step was a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of the local farmers.

The tour was both educational and delicious. We sampled freshly brewed coffee and rich, velvety chocolate, savoring the complex flavors that are unique to this region. It was a sensory delight that left me with a deeper appreciation for these beloved commodities.
