Great - Great way to get a glimpse of a lot of interesting and beautiful places. Our guide, Stefan, made it awesome with his knowledge of where we stopped off as well as of places we passed along the way between stop offs.

Good memory to enjoy Basque region - Tour guide Pascal was superprofessional.very friendly, funny, kind, and proficient in English, which made the tour enjoyable and reassuring. Driver Chris was also steady in his driving, making the bus journey comfortable and reassuring. I had a great time learning about the entire Basque region throughout the tour. Basque Country is unique, beautiful, and characteristic. Me and my mother enjoyed this tour so much whole time, we came all the way from Japan. Highly recommended.

Great value for several quick stops - This was a well organized trip. It was exactly as described. Most stops were short and more of a photo opportunity. It didn’t bother me. The only place I wish we had had more time was when we stopped in Bermeo. We barely had time to walk around and get back to the bus. We had grabbed food from a vendor as we were running back to bus and had to hold it until the next stop because there is no eating on the bus( which I totally understand). I think the last stop in Gernika could have been eliminated to add more time to Bermeo. The bus was comfortable and clean. The guide was informed and helpful.

Nice to see the ocean - The tour delivered what it promised. But a lot of time (45 minutes) was spent driving around Bilbao picking up people from hotels. The tour had about 30 passengers. Only in Bermeo did I feel we had enough time to explore. Other stops were brief photo-ops. Our guide, Stefan, did an excellent job but the itinerary was not under his control. Some people were upset that we did not see the mural and market square in Guernica, instead we walked to a hollow tree trunk sacred to the Basque culture - which was interesting in a different way. Later my husband and I visited some of the sites and spent more time so we were glad that we went on the tour to discover these.

They ruined my holiday - This company ruined my holiday. Only after the cancellation time had passed, they told I was staying in the wrong part of the city and my hotel wasn't expensive enough for them to pick me up, hotel pick up should be included. They said I had to walk 15 minutes to a pick up point, I have a disability that would mean a walk just to get to a pick up point would have ruined the rest of the day. They suggested I call a taxi but I don't speak Spanish and don't have access to a SIM with calls enabled, only Internet, so this wasn't possible. Rather than arrange for the taxi themselves, they argued with me and when I asked them to arrange the taxi for me or refund me, I was left on read. 24 hours later, still nothing. Unless you're rich enough to stay where they expect, I wouldn't bother. I didn't get the tour and they still have my money. Do not recommend
