- Mercado de La Ribera - Historical food market where you can find everything and anything. Its where both locals and great chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants go shopping for their ingredients.
- Plaza Nueva - Located in the heart of Casco Viejo, it is recognized for its famous pintxo bars frequented by both locals and visitors. At this stop we will begin to get to know those delicacies that in the Basque Country we call pintxos. We will stop at a bar and taste pintxos.
- Andra Maria Kalea - We will stop at a street where different classic bars are concentrated, where the “txikiteros”, local wine drinkers, sing songs while drinking. Here we will have the opportunity to taste a typical wine from the Basque Country such as Txakolí.
- Catedral de Santiago - Catholic cathedral from the 14th century and one of the focal points of Casco Viejo.
- Arenal Park - Park that separates the Casco Viejo from the Ensanche and next to the majestic Arriaga Theater.
- Ledesma Musikariaren Kalea - Pedestrian street very close to shops and office areas with a multitude of bars where you can taste pintxos.
- Palacio de la Diputacion - Historic building that best explains the eclecticism within contemporary art in the Basque Country.
- Palacio Yohn o Edificio “ la bolsa” - Historical building, which is today a cultural and social center. It houses some of the best views of the entire Casco Viejo on its top floor.

Explore the vibrant city of Bilbao as we delve into its distinctive culinary scene: the pintxos. Our specially-designed event provides you an opportunity to blend in with the cuadrilla (circle of friends).
Over the course of three hours, we’ll explore the La Ribera Market, navigate the winding lanes of the Old Town, and pause at its most notable bars, ultimately winding up in the Ensanche. During the journey, we’ll sample four pintxos, enjoy four drinks and immerse ourselves in the local culture and customs.
- If you are happy with the services provided by your local guides a tip - though not compulsory - is appropriate. While it may not be customary to you, it is of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry. Please consider this when budgeting for your extra expenses on this tour.

An experience to be shared - Such an authentic experience with Roberto sharing his cultural and local cuisine knowledge of Bilbao and the Basque region. He took us to where the locals eat and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. He went out of his way to assist us and provide expert tips to assist our journey. Highly recommended.

A must-do experience - Fantastic introduction to Bilbao, its cuisine, customs, tradition and culture. Plus a bit of history thrown in by Roberto - who was a super guide: friendly, warm and welcoming.

Highly recommend - This was one of our favorite tours while in Bilbao. Being from the states, pintxos is a very different concept for us. So it was a little challenging for us to go out. Robert was awesome. He took us on a tour of Bilbao and shared information about the Basque culture and some history of Bilbao. We went to 4 different bars around the Old town that were great. We tasted a few different pintxos and paired with wine. I would not miss this on your visit. I would make sure you do it early so that you can get the best benefit. We even made new friends and shared a bottle of wine together in plaza nueva. Excellent experience.

Awesome vegetarian pintxos tour! - Awesome tour with Oscar. He was super attentive, with an incredible wealth of knowledge about Bilbao and the time flew by. I should have warned Oscar ahead of time about being vegetarian, but he was still able to think on his feet and find me delicious choices. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t regret it!

Great Experience in Bilbao! - We took the pintxos tasting tour with our guide Roberto in Bilbao. Roberto was great; he was extremely knowledgeable about Bilbo in general, and about pixtxos culture in Bilbao in particular. The tour was just the right length, with a reasonable amount of walking. Roberto provided us with good background information on Bilbao, so that we could understand what the city was all about, and took us to four places with amazing pintxos offerings at each location. Throughout the tour we kept running into people that he knew so you really got the feeling that you were with a local that knew his way around. Would recommend the experience highly to anyone visiting Bilbao.

A great night - Oscar was a great host who shared local information, history and Basque culture. He was a generous host who gave us information about pintxos culture and enabled us to enjoy the local bars a bit like a local. He was an intelligent, passionate and informative leader for our tour. We had a lot of questions about history, culture, politics and more and he had information about them all. The pintxos and wine were great. A fantastic experience.

Oscar was a great guide... - Oscar was a great guide and gave us a real feel for the city. The pinxtos and drinks were fun but the real benefit was Oscar explaining the history of the city.

Very good trip about come hungry - Oskar is a very friendly nice guy with whom we felt ourselves very comfortable from the first minutes. We visited 4 places to test pintxos and wine or beer or other interesting drinks and enjoyed very much. He met our expectations to test pintxos with meat and only with fish or see food. Oskar also told a little bit about history of city and basque’s country, pintxos. The problem that we arrived not very hungry and thirsty. And this fact spoiled our experience. And additional thing: if you mix different drinks: wine, beer or anything else, then it could be a problem later on…
