Constructed by a seasoned photographer, the bear observatory in the Tusnad region is tailored to provide visitors with one of the premier bear-viewing opportunities in Romania. A unidirectional mirror window hinders the bears’ ability to see indoors, enabling visitors to securely observe these creatures from a distance as short as 10 meters. Occasionally, they even approach the windows.
The bear observatory is deliberately built at ground level, aligned with the animals, ensuring complete safety. Additionally, it’s an ideal spot for both trained and novice photographers.
Guests will be collected from their Brasov location and transported to the Tusnad region, where they will take part in the bear viewing activity. Finally, guests will be returned to their Brasov location.
Please note: The car can accommodate up to 6 people, however, individuals from different travel agencies will also be present in the bear observatory. The bear observatory can accommodate up to 30 people.
