Decent Value - It it was what we expected it to be. Our guide was quite helpful and friendly. Nothing bad happened on the trip. Got to see a couple of wild animals, and tropical plants.

An easy and enjoyable mangrove tour - The boat was fast and the breeze felt great. You can easily see the large mangrove jungle from the boat. If you're lucky, you might even see crocodiles. The guide was fun and kind. He spoke slowly, so it was easy to understand his English. If you wear a hat, make sure it has a string attached, otherwise it will fly off, so if you're worried about sunburn, it's a good idea to bring a hat with strings and a jacket. There were no bugs at all, but we did use bug spray just in case. Maybe because it's aimed at tourists, the toilets were clean too!

A Great Bintan Memory - Loved this tour, the guys were very professional and good company. Very reasonable price for the experience. They were very knowledgeable and we saw lots of wildlife in the mangroves. A big contrast to the bustling city of Singapore yet only a short ferry ride away. The tour itself is a couple of hours so you can do it in the morning then have the rest of the day to relax. Highly recommended!

Everything smooth - It was a quaint tour with considerate guides on a small boat through the narrow mangroves. Even saw a few snakes.

Recommended for experience! - It was a good experience. Not crowded at all and it almost feels like we are the only tour in the river. The sound of the motor was really loud as I was sitting at the back and hence couldn't really hear the tour guide explanation clearly. However overall experience was still really good we spotted a few sleeping snakes.

Wonderful - The driver was punctual and friendly, collecting us from a hotel. He handed us over to the two boat crew. We were the only people on the boat - tourism has been hammered by COVID. The boat crew were very accommodating, slowing whenever we wished. They were able to point out various wildlife (mainly tree snakes). The ride provided a beautiful view of the mangroves and the estuary. Also a slightly sad view of disused hotels on stilts above the mangroves themselves. When we returned to the quay, the driver took us to a very nice seafood restaurant - it was quite a drive away from the boat location, but it was just nice seeing countryside. The restaurant was excellent - al fresco, and very fresh seafood.

Star and fireflies - Great service! Driver came to pick us up on time at the hotel and the tour was amazing. Saw lots of fireflies and stars!! Tbh the stars outshone the fireflies a bit. Highly recommend
