Great Tour! Lots of fun - This was a great tour. The operator responds quickly to requests and questions. Our driver was great, it was a smooth trip from the resort to the beach. The boat ride to the kelong was also a lot of fun. We got to do a lot of activities like snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and jumping from the platform. The staff also took a lot of videos and pictures in the water and we got them back the next day. They also led us to the areas with fish and coral. Would love to do this again if I ever get the chance!

From the moment they picked us up from our hotel to the moment they dropped us off, we felt like royalty. Mr. Rio went above and beyond to ensure our family had an unforgettable experience. The snorkelling trip itself was breathtaking! While the water was not that crystal-clear waters, we were still able to experience the vibrant marine life, and stunning coral reefs. Mr. Rio and his team were always nearby, ensuring our safety and also helped us to take a lot of underwater photos and videos. My wife could not swim well but yet his team has helped her to gain confidence and went into the water to experience the fun herself. Our kids had an absolute blast, and we couldn't be more grateful to Mr. Rio and his team for creating such an enjoyable and educational experience for them. There is no better snorkeling trip on Bintan! - Everything went well, from the pickup to the transfer to the snorkeling platform, to the stay and the return transfer. While snorkeling, the accompanying divers would take videos and send them along for free. THE best snorkeling trip in Bintan.

Snorkeling Tour at Bintan - VERY FUN!!! - This snorkelling tour was very fun, affordable, and well-organised by Rio, our tour organiser and Yurnalis, our tour guide and driver! Yurnalis picked us up from our hotel (Cassia Bintan) and drove us to the snorkelling site which was about an hour. Then we sat on a speedboat to the man-made house above the sea for the snorkelling. We snorkelled for a good 1h30m, then went kayaking, and spent an hour there just chilling and playing with hermit crabs. Afterwards, we fished and washed up! 1. Unlimited time for all activities!! We spent a good 3-4 hours just snorkelling, kayaking, fishing. 2. You can rinse yourself with water which they provided! They provide towels as well (was not the cleanest but it is okay), and you can bring soap too. 3. All staff were very friendly and provided us with videos and photos of our snorkelling~ 4. We were warned that the water was not very clear as it is monsoon season, but we decided to still go ahead with it! 5. I would say it is a low-budget snorkelling experience. It was still enjoyable though! Do bring your own equipment if you are afraid of using used equipment. *Although it is monsoon season in December in Bintan, we still went ahead with the tour! Thank god the weather was on our side and it didn't rain haha. I got sunburnt instead LOL

A good option you can choose to snorkel - The tour was overall really nice. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great time snorkeling in the beautiful ocean. Just keep in mind that there isn't much space to change or relax on the tour boat. They took awesome videos while we were snorkeling, and the best part is they shared all the videos with us at no extra cost, so we could have those precious memories on video. They even kindly picked us up right in front of our hotel, which made the whole transportation super convenient. If you're thinking about snorkeling, I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful and laid-back experience - Our family of 4 had a wonderful time snorkeling, kayaking, jumping off the platform, and fishing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we loved the views and laid-back nature of the entire place. Hope to be back one day!

Good value budget snorkelling - We were collected from our hotel 4 Points and driven an hour to boat. Good way to see island. Driver couldn’t speak much English but that’s ok . He was pleasant. Got handed to a colleague at beach who was with another couple and told he would look after us. He didn’t . He talked to other couple and we had no idea what was going on. Trip on dingy was rough but ok. Arrived at man made structure in water about 20 min out. Snorkelling was good but water not clear so hard to see fish. Many tiny fish but mostly sane type. Guys in water with you were great. Really helpful. Everyone on structure was very helpful . Not rushed at all. Knew no food provided and can’t buy anything so bring your own. This was not an issue. Places to change and sit. Driver met us back on land and drove us back. All up a low budget snorkelling outing of 6-7 hours. Would recommend for the price.

Nice instructor but bad water quality - 5 stars for the snorkelling facilitators as they are caring and nice to my mum (over 70) and 5 years old who is very scared by snorkeling. They kept guiding them and did lots of pictures and video for everyone as well though I am not sure the quality (I will explain below) . 5 stars for Rio our driver as well. He speak both English and Chinese so I don’t need to translate every time. He is very responsive for all my inquiries and actually I booked car rental with him for 2nd day. 4 stars for the combination of snorkelling, kayaking and fishing, but the island for kayaking is super dirty with all the plastic ware on the shore though there is no one living there. It’s such a shame. 2 stars for the general environment. The water is not clear at all till the level you can not tell the colour of the coral. The snorkelling area is very small as there is no more coral if you go a bit further from the Kelong. There is only grass in the sand. We were not lucky either , there were a big group of 20 people staying overnight there before we arrived. The shower facilities is not cleaned yet and the toilet sewage pipe is only a few meters away. Actually you pay less and get better quality of fish and coral in Adventure Cove. I booked the snorkelling outside of resort as kids below 8 years are not accepted from the hotel activities ,but the general environment in Bintan outside of resort area I would say quite disappointed.
