Normally I don't respond to such surveys. However, I wanted to express appreciation for Fran and the woman who started the film & tour experience an hour early. I showed up at opening time, 9:30 am, but I wasn't scheduled until 11 am. They went through the process even though I was the only one participating in the film & tour. They could have said show up later when the others in your tour group arrive.

We enjoyed the movie, but were a little disappointed with our school house tour. It was only the 3 of us on the tour, so I think the tour guide felt a little more comfortable to go off script. She didn't talk much about the school and how the Amish do their schooling. She got off topic often, so we were disappointed with the outcome.
