Lovely family trip. - Had a great time with the family here. Generous amount of chocolate and lots to see, kids especially loved the 4d cinema experience! Staff were all very kind and helpful. The gift shop was reasonably priced and a great selection of souvenirs.

Definitely recommend the afternoon tea! - Went to Cadbury World today for afternoon tea with my sister, the afternoon tea was really good, such a good choice of savoury and cakes, the service was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it. The Cadbury tour was good too, very interesting and the shop was filled with lots of Cadbury delights. Thanks to the staff for a great day!

Great day! - We had an amazing experience. My little ones loved every second. You actually get quite a bit free to which we were surprised at! They loved the ride and the part where you got to draw with chocolate. Staff were all amazing and friendly. Wonderful day, thank you all! 😆

A fun afternoon - We visited with our three grandchildren. Most of the exhibitions were interesting and the theatre show was informative. The children enjoyed the train ride and the adventure playground. Grandparents enjoyed the museum. Everyone enjoyed the free chocolate bars handed out at reception and after the train experience.

Sadly disappointed - We have previously been a few times over the years and I have to say I am very disappointed with the value for money. Previously you got lots of goodies to take back and lots of interactions along the way however sadly you receive 4 bars in total and not much else. The food was overpriced in the cafe and mediocre at best. The best part was the new ride, it was fun, and my family really enjoyed it. We were done and dusted within an hour.

Uhmmm - Not worth it …. Very quick not much to see or do … Txs god I was gifted the tickets and I live local …. They could make it much better instead the shop is massive but the “experience “ 🫣 the only cool thing is the 4d cinema ….

Family visit to Cadbury world - I have been many times before but this time I was very disappointed. They have reduced the whole experience with minimal freebies. What used to take around 3 hours was done in 1 hour. Would not recommend

Not child/baby friendly, unhelpful staff and could do with some TLC. Definitely not a magical wonka style factory! - Regret going to Cadbury World world today! Paid for return tickets at attractions were closed in December and as we were in the area for a funeral needed something nice to do. First of all we'd booked a return ticket and didn't realise we need to bring the return vouchers as well as our tickets (the vouchers were one use only so couldn't be used again). We were made to go out the queue to reception where there was another big queue to ask for a ticket that they wrote on to say we had a return ticket. Felt very pointless when we had tickets and added to the wait time for our 3 small children. We eventually went round the attraction and just before the 4D experience the children (3 and 2) were getting tearful and my newborn baby was hungry so needed feeding. We asked the young security guard there if we could go through the barriers to sit and feed the baby and let the boys have a break from queueing and hot rooms which he helped with but Kevin the other security guard came over and was quite rude saying we couldn't stop to feed the baby or let the children have a break. This ruined the experience to be honest as we didn't feed comfortable and weren't sure if they'd allow us to continue about 15 minutes later. We made our own way through the barrier by the 4D experience and continued to the end. I went to speak to reception about my concerns as felt the attraction is not suitable for young children if not able to stop to let children have a break or feed my baby. They explained it was but due to having to keep to timings they couldn't include the play area in the route. Which isn't very child friendly as anyone who knows children knows they have short concentration spans, will see a park and want to go on it, and will need a nappy change/toilet or breast/bottle feed at any point. They don't want to queue and queue to see things in glass windows. The park should be hidden and completely separate if it can't be used for the route. The young manager on reception then tried to blame me saying I should factor the length of the tour into the time I book but there was not an issue with the time I booked, just the length of the tour with no break up time. I don't understand how that is child friendly. The manager said there were other areas to feed babies and sit along the route but surely stopping to feed elsewhere is the same as stopping by the play area but accomodating all needs for the children and babies. Additionally it is not breastfeeding friendly as mum's are expected to leave the whole experience to go back to reception to feed babies, surely this also effects the time slots. There is no flexibility or understanding of family needs and definitely more of an adult attraction rather than a magical wonka style factory. Just so disappointing. Wish we'd gone somewhere else like Warwick Castle instead as I don't think any of us particularly enjoyed it in the end.

Worst value ever - Haven’t not been here for many years, was really looking forward to it and I’m very very disappointed and won’t ever be back. It’s very over priced for what it is. Got 3 bars of chocolate free each. Literally was around the exhibition including the ride in 25 minutes. You don’t get to see how chocolate is made like it used to be when you walk past the glass windows and see all the factory and the machines. Didn’t go to the outside area as this was more for kids. Really disappointed and won’t ever return and won’t recommend. The whole out of the visit is to also see how chocolate is made apart from watching on a TV. They have reduced this exhibition by over 50%. Don’t go!

Hugely Underwhelming - Me, my sister and our parents came to Cadbury world for my sister’s birthday, and we were hugely disappointed. The tour started with us getting 4 chocolate bars and that was it for "free" chocolate for the rest of the tour. They also offered a bag for the chocolate which was an extra £2. Then there were some things about the history of Cadbury Chocolate, which was vaguely interesting, but we soon got bored after 10 minutes of jabbering. There was then a ride, and we were supposed to shoot milk bottles and cocoa beans with laser guns on screens and 2 out of 4 of the guns didn't work. This was hugely underwhelming, and we only got chocolate at the end of it because it was my sister’s birthday. We came off that ride and were guided to the shop where they expected us to spend more money in addition to the entry fee. Then with no directions whatsoever, we got to the outside, overpriced café. A regular, plain Cadbury’s hot chocolate with nothing on it was £4! And they wanted £6 for whipped cream and marshmallows on top!! After that, we went to the “Bournville Experience” which was a room with a table in the middle with a model of Bournville. There was also a timeline on the wall of things that happened in the past 200 years. And a few of them weren’t even to do with chocolate. We left that after 5 minutes of getting bored and headed to the “4D Adventure” which was when we put some 3d glasses on and went in a balloon with a rabbit. As underwhelming as that was, we decided to try and end on a high with the “Have a go” bit. We started with writing our name in chocolate that we were not allowed to eat because it had been reused hundreds of times. We then moved on to a bit where we pushed some chocolate around on a table with some tools. We weren’t allowed to eat that either. That was it for the whole tour. We also paid £6 for a personalise birthday chocolate bar for my sister. Overall, underwhelming, overpriced, not good value for money AT ALL. I would give it zero stars if I could.
