Fascinating creatures and easy access. - Absolutely loved this place! Was allowed out for lunch as there’s no cafe inside, we came back in with no trouble, all the staff were lovely, they showed me a short cut around and we ended up going round 3 times more! Fascinating creatures to wonder at. Spoke to Jamie about the penguins at length he was so knowledgeable. Also 2 others who chatted about the marvellous sea otters were very helpful and informative. I do not hesitate to recommend this easily accessible attraction.

Great experience - Decided to visit as it was my daughter's 3rd birthday. Wanted her to get a feeling of sea creatures for the first time and I must say it was worth it. She had fun and we her parents had fun as well

Always a wonderful visit.. - One of our favourite places, we just love it here. Although it's only a few hours in here it's worth it. Staff are all friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. This time we got to see the sea otters, so amazing, the staff are clearly working their wonders with them.

baby friendly - Took our 4 month old baby went at 10am was super quiet and managed to get round with her in the pram. Very spacious very clean and well looked after animals all seemed rather happy. Otters swimming around, penguins jumped in as we sat watching and a beautiful tunnel with tank above you walk through amazing for my baby laying in her pram very much worth a visit and we will be back!

It was..... ok - Quickest part was scanning the tickets on entry, after that if you get stuck behind a queue of people who insist on taking up all the room in the world you have no hope. It's too small, looks run down and there just isn't much there. Blue planet aquarium is much better for a family day out if you have a pushchair

Grossly Overpriced - Clean, good bathrooms. £30 per adult though is insanely overpriced considering visiting a tropical fish shop for free wouldn't be much further from the experience.
