Sensational Sealife - The work they do there is amazing, seeing all the different species of animals was amazing. The staff were friendly and informative. The Green Sea Turtle and the Sea Otters were my favourite animals.

Animal crossing stuff awful. Rest of it really good - The Animal Crossing ‘experience’ was awful just a few cardboard cutouts, stamps and them stupidly expensive stuffed toys at the end £25 or £45!!! Everything else was amazing, behind the scenes and virtual reality were really good. Shame the Animal Crossing didn’t go further and engage more

Overall a enjoyable day - Overall a enjoyable day. We opted for an anytime ticket so we were not restricted to a specific time. In some areas the amount of people restricted the views so we actually went around twice. It was an Animal Crossing theme so photo taken with characters. These were very expensive at £15.00. There is no Cafe so you need to go out to Eat or Drink.

Busy but good few hours spent here - It’s school holidays so as expected it was busy. A lot of pushchairs, I bought an any time admission ticket but be aware there is a limit to how many are sold in a day as I found when I booked some and my friend tried to book and couldn’t as the limit had been reached. They had to then book a time slot whereas I went straight in. Was a good day, lots to see added touch of animal crossing stamps to be added to character sheets and opportunity to meet a character. My kids were really happy and took their time around the attraction. We spent about 2.5 hours there but you can easily do it in 1 hour. Gift shop has machine where you can buy LEGOLAND Discovery tickets much cheaper than at the site. All staff were really friendly and helpful especially in the Gift Shop. and the Otter talk guy was really good and you can tell he enjoys his job.

Not at big as I thought it would be - Not as big as I expected it to be. My advice would be don’t rush through, spend time going round. Didn’t take long at all, 1-1.5 hours.

Not worth costs - Very short visit, not really worth the costs. Paid for the behind the scenes which was just a room with a lady showing a few articles not much more. Nothing to do there other than to walk the route to the exit missing any time slots on talks because unless they happen as you walk the one way system your going to miss it ! In and out in just over 30 minutes

Disappointed - Wow. This place is so incredibly overpriced. Took us an hr to walk round and cost us £150 for the privilege. They allow too many people in at a time so it was heaving. I had a pushchair so constantly felt like I was in the way and wasn’t able to see anything. It hasn’t changed since I went as a teenager-I’m now 45! Really disappointing visit. Photos cost £15 for 1!!! A rip off for families from start to finish

Deeply disappointing - Incredibly disappointing. The place was packed with people. The atmosphere was stuffy, hot and uncomfortable. We had to wait in narrow passages packed with people trying to get a view of the tanks. When we were able get a view, the glass was not clean enough to get a clear view into the tanks. Also the tanks were too full of fish - it felt cruel and restricted for the various species. Very expensive for a very second rate experience. It all very felt very over commercialised.
