What a great experience in Kyrgyzstan! - Our trip to Kyrgyzstan could not have been better. Most of the success is based on our tour guide Boca and the driver Baja. They went the extra mile to make sure our time was used wisely and the trip was fun. The accommodations and food were all fantastic. They even took the effort to arrange a super early start of the tour as our flight landed at 3 am. Highly recommend!

Great VIP-style tour - I booked a 3-day group tour that was cancelled due to not enough people, but Ash (the tour owner) offered to do a 2-day private tour for the same price. Looking back, this was an even better choice because I was able to catch most of Issyk-Kul Lake sights with an extra day to spare (which I ended up going to Ala Archa, totally worth). Other tours often have a single guide that doubles as a driver. But for this tour, I had a separate driver and guide, which made the experience better because they were both able to fully commit at their roles. Boca was my tour guide and Rayim was the driver. They were both super responsible and professional guys, with some saying Rayim was a F1 driver in his past life. Boca made sure every item was taken care of. I didn't have many asks but I'm sure if I did Boca would assist with no hesitation. It was a great experience hanging out with them for 2 days. You can view the website for the list of sites. I think 2 days is perfect for Issyk-Kul lake for those on a time crunch. We skipped out on Karakol and Jeti Oguz Valley on the Southeast side when compared to the 3 day tour, so if that's something you want to do, then book the 3 day tour. I thought the Konorchek canyon and Canyon of Forgotten Rivers were the highlights of this trip. We were some of the only ones at these places so I think it's not a very popular place (yet). I'm personally glad because some other sites (like Fairytale canyon) can get quite touristy. The food and yurt camp accommodation were also very good. Overall, it felt like a VIP experience (even though everything is still very modest). So it was a good mix. I highly recommend this tour!

One of the Best Travel Experience - This was an exceptional tour for us, if trip advisor permits, I would rate it with 10 stars :) Our guide, Baiel and our driver, Yujin picked us up from our hotel. They are extremely friendly, warm and helpful people, we completed all the sightseeing at leisure, without being rushed. At all times Baiel was with us, briefing us about the place, informing us what we would do next and at regular intervals making sure we all were comfortable. Almost always he helped us with ascent or descent and made sure we do not slip or fall. He also offered to take our videos with my gimbal and pictures with mydSLR. On the first day, they took us to an exceptionally good local restaurant, where we enjoyed delicios food and tea. We had frankly not expected this. We reached the Yurt Camp before sunset, it is located at a wonderful place just besides the beach of Issyk Kul Lake. We spent some good time at the beach until sunset. The traditional dinner at the camp was decent. After dinner, Baiel and Yujin set up a camp fire and we all enjoyed talking, understanding each others culture, way of life, cracking jokes etc...we also baked couple of potatoes in the campfire. It was an evening well spent. In the morning, there was only one issue at the camp, and I assume it would be the same with all other camps...The water was extremely cold and the flow of water was just a trickle. The camp has common rest rooms, fresh towels were not available for people who got up early and went to the rest rooms. Thus we skipped our bath and started off for the second day sight seeing after the breakfast. This actually was a non issue, we ignored it. Second day we did canyons, enjoyed eagle hunting process and tried our hand on traditional archery. Ventura Tours had arranged a beach picnic for us, it was a wonderful experience. Throughout our tour the owner of Ventura Tours; Ash, was in touch with me, making sure everything was going on smooth. We were just not happy but delighted with the way our entire tour was organised. The credit goes to Baiel and Yujin for gelling in like a family and making out trip a memorable one.

If I could give 10 stars I would! - This tour was such an amazing experience! We were picked up by our guide,Bek, and our driver, right on time. Between our great conversations during our drive, Bek delivered all the sights as promised. We also ate at a fabulous and traditional restaurant on day 1. The evening spent in the yurt was also an amazing experience full of surprises! Day 2 was equally as fascinating and fun. I recommend this tour as it fully delivered, it was fun and so interesting! And if you can get Bek as your guide then expect a 6 star tour instead of 5!
