Not worth it - I cannot recommend this cooking class.
There is really nothing that we learned that you could not find in a well written recipe. The translator (who was American), had trouble understanding and translating the Russian. Much of the two hours making the dish was just the cooking so we just waited while it cooked. The meal at the end was tasty. They served us tea, watermelon and bread, in addition to the pilaf/plov.
