Our sedans comfortably seat up to three passengers.

1. Booking:
   Customers can make reservations online, via email, or by phone by providing trip details, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requests. Once confirmed, they receive a booking confirmation with all trip details.
   Clients MUST provide an email address!
   Clients MUST provide their Flight Number.
   The luggage capacity for sedans is limited to 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. Excess luggage is not allowed in the seating area of the vehicle. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle type based on your luggage needs.

2. Driver Assignment:
   A professional driver is assigned to the trip, and customers receive the driver’s name, contact information, and vehicle details prior to the service.

3. Pickup Notification:
   For airport pickups, the driver monitors the flight status and texts the customer upon landing to guide them to the meeting point.
   Clients MUST have their phone turned on at the time of pickup!!!

4. Pickup Process:
   The driver arrives punctually at the specified location, assists with any luggage, and confirms the destination for added assurance.
   We provide a complimentary 60-minute waiting time for airport pick-ups. After this period, additional charges will apply. If we do not receive any communication from you within the included waiting time, the chauffeur will leave, and a 100% charge will be applied. Documentation such as call logs, text messages, or GPS records will be provided as proof.

5. Journey:
   Customers enjoy a comfortable, luxurious ride in a clean, well-maintained black car. Drivers prioritize safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction throughout the trip.
   Movi Limousine adheres strictly to legal requirements and does not provide transportation for children without appropriate car seats or boosters as mandated by law.

6. Drop-Off:
   The driver ensures a prompt and smooth drop-off at the customer’s destination, assisting with luggage and confirming service completion.
