great fun - We had a great time in the dungeons. Didn't really know what to expect but it definitely surpassed our expectations. The actors were great too.

Brilliant! - Absolutely loved it. Although I did cling onto my husband for most of it!
Actors are fab.
Highly recommend, it’s a must do visit for everyone visiting Blackpool! (Maybe not young children though!)

Thrilling. - I went with my friend who is in a wheelchair. The staff really looked after us.
The experience overall from the scenery, lights, actors was brilliant!. Only thing was we enjoyed it so much that we feel that it ended a little bit too soon.

Surprised at the quality. Worth a visit for young and old. - On a visit to Blackpool to see family. We have Merlin pass and wanted to use it before it expires. The circus was amazing worth it even if we didn't have the pass to get in. Very funny talented multi national bunch of performers with a variety of circus acts. Sat next to Tom who has his own name on seat and goes every day. Loved it. A gem in Blackpool in a wonderful setting.

Terrifyingly brilliant! - We visited in May Half Term with my 9 year old son and my parents who are in their 70s. The attraction itself is excellent, the actors are superb and each room is superbly thought out and extremely engaging. They’re all relatively brief so no time to get bored, and lots of interaction.
My 9yo got a bit scared at times, which was unexpected as he’s usually an enjoyer of horror but I think the darkness and unusual and immersive surroundings got the better of him.
There are sounds, smells and lots of spooky goings on.
The darkness was expected but darker than I had imagined, which made getting around the attraction a little worrisome for the elder members of the group although it was all on the flat apart from stairs down near the end.
The drop ride was out of action on the day of our visit, we were offered a free return visit as compensation but we planned to skip this part anyway so it was fine for us.
Despite his fear at the time my son has not stopped talking about the dungeon and has remembered lots of information. I’d definitely go back and would recommend it to other adults but would probably not take a child younger than a teenager in future.
The attraction does mention that it’s recommended for 10 and over, but as it’s so immersive and the actors really do remain in character throughout it’s worth noting that it may be scary!

Mixed views - This review is a bit mixed for me. I am not sure what I was expecting to be honest. It is mixed because on the one hand it's a good experience, except when parents take todflers in, who obviously get terrified and start screaming, "PARENTS. THIS IS NOT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN".
I was quite disappointed because I recently went to Warwick Castle. Which was epic, by the way, especially their dungeon tour. However, Unbeknown to me at the time of booking the Blackpool dungeon tour, it is owned by the same company as the warwick dungeon tour, and sadly it was a regurgitated version of the same thing. If you have never been to any of their dungeons, then you will love it. For me personally, it's double the price of warwick, the photo book is not as good and the actors score way under the warwick actors. If I was you I would save my money and go to the Warwick Castle dungeon tour, I guarantee you it is much better.

Not the greatest - Have done other dungeons across the country and this one is by far the shortest and the actors look like they where not enjoying what they doing.
