Great few hours. Lovely experience. - Great afternoon out. It’s super interactive and the staff are amazing and you can see they really do care about the animals. Animal welfare seems to be at the top of their agenda. The kids love it here. It takes about 2 hours to get round. The tunnel you walk through is huge and you could be in there for hours. It’s well worth the money.

AMAZING TIME!! - We had an absolutely amazing time on Saturday all staff members were amazing but there was this one particular girl (can’t remember her name) that Truely made our visit worth while. She greeted us on the landing and said good morning while cleaning [this meant a lot as I could tell she was busy] we then found her again in the stingray section where she got on the mic and told us about all the stingrays then hosted a competition!! My kid decided to play animal cards with her and he got a free slush and some sweets I really do wish I got her name but she was absolutely amazing and a great asset to your staff.

Fantastic Place & Turtle Experience! - Today we visited the Sealife Blackpool! I’ve got to say we loved every moment! The staff were so friendly and informative! We loved looking around each of the tanks to see the collections of fish! They are in such a fantastic condition and welfare seems to be their top priority! We ended up booking a turtle experience too! Matt was fantastic with us and was super informative! We loved feeding Noah & Phoenix and it felt so special. We felt honoured to be so close to such beautiful animals. We also really enjoyed all the facts about the turtles as well as learning about other animals around the centre! So impressed! I can’t wait to come again! (Especially when it’s not busy 😂)

Snorkelling with Sharks Fantastic - Snorkelling with sharks experience was fantastic. Family of four and I went as photographer. Management were great and explained who the sea creatures were and all about Noah the sea turtles visit. Wet suits were provided in a variety of sizes. The sharks, fish and turtles were all curious and swam around the mesh suspended cage. Great experience and highly recommended for something different. Thank you for looking after us - Merry Christmas to All the Staff at SeaLife Centre.

Staff made the experience! - You pretty much know what you’re getting with the Sealife centre but I have to say, we came in contact with many staff members as we ventured round and every single one was absolutely lovely!! Keen to chat, share their knowledge and create a lovely atmosphere! I’m so annoyed at myself for not getting the lad on the front desks name, he was brilliant helping us with our discount - thank you!! We brought our 5 month old and I needed to breastfeed him, Kai (I’m hoping I got this right/spelt it right) was so helpful and lovely when it came to needing a space to do so! Thank you!

Great family trip - Fantastic time at Sealife Blackpool. We went as a family of four (2 children aged 6 & 4) and we all really enjoyed it. The areas are nicely set out and we really enjoyed the tunnel as well as stingray Adventure. A big shout out to the staff as they were all super friendly and helpful. Adam was great talking about the sharks and two turtles, a very good knowledge of the animals plus he made it fun for all the family. If we returned to Blackpool we would def be back.

Average - The aquarium is not as big as expected and only takes 45 minutes to an hour to get round. The lights are very low, which obviously is better for the fish, but sometimes a bit tricky on the sloped floors. The place is very clean, and my daughter enjoyed looking at everything. It’s on-par with other aquariums in terms of cost, but it is quite a costly way to kill an hour.

Sealife part enjoyable, getting in and out less so - Booked tickets the day before online with a time slot, tickets were fairly expensive but given the costs of running a big sea life centre they didn't seem excessive. Arrived 5 mins before the allocated time, Internet signal in reception is dire so had to give a code on email not qr code to scan we were then told to wait to one side as we were early, no explanation of where (busy reception area) and who would call us through. 3 staff on tills, no one on any doors? Let ourselves in at the alocated time as no one said anything to us. Experience of walking round the center itself was good, all the fish and tanks were healthy, clean, nicely presented, the new information about the fish/animals in the tanks on ipads/screens was good and easily readable, although it would be nice to be able to skip forwards or backwards manualy through the information as once it self skips you have to stand and wait till it filters through again to read it Once we had walked around, approx 1hour, we had to run the gauntlet of leaving, which involves passing every possibly upsale 4d rides, gift shops etc which you have to walk through to leave. Overall enjoyed the fish/sealife side, so everything else very average.

RIP OFF EVENT - Hello, I went to the Sealife attraction on Saturday 22nd February 2025 with my son, daughter in law and 6 year old grandson. We looked at the prices 'on line' the evening before but unsure of which website to book through due to the differing price differences and reliable v un reliable websites. We decided to book at the Sealife Centre the next morning, expecting the tickets to be the same price as seen on the website of £14.50; and accepting we would have to queue to get in, as not having pre booked tickets. We were amazed to find, when we got to the Sealife Centre, the exorbitant prices of £20.50 for adults and £18.50 for a child as we expected to pay £14.50 as seen 'on line' for adults. In comparison, The Deep prices to date, are £23 and £17 for children; £6 less than the adult price with £19.50 for pensioners. We reluctantly paid and went in hoping it would be worth the amount paid. ..........It was not. My grandson was immediately upset and distressed due to the darkness and 'creepy' atmosphere. We all thought that the entrance area was dark and did not 'entice' you in to see more. So a very disappointing start. The visit got better but not worth the money we had paid. £14.50 would have been a more acceptable price and was in no way as good or enjoyable as The Deep in Hull, where I went in October 2023. In Summary my COMPLAINT Issues are: 1. The price is too high for the amount of time you are able to spend in there. We were there for one Hour. 2.Little reduction for a 6 year old child. 3.No reduction for pensioners. 4.The start of the attraction is not enticing at all! 5.The start of the attraction was frightening/distressing for my 6 year old grandson. 6.The price should not be so much more than the 'On line' tickets. 7.So many different prices on a variety of websites. Competitive, I accept but also confusing! 8.The 'on line' ticket price on the Sealife website states from £15 then when you go to book it's £17.50.......WHY???? I am local to the area, not a 'tourist'. I therefore come to Blackpool often myself and when my family come to visit me. I have another son and granddaughter and will not suggest we visit the Sealife Centre. I hope you find this feedback helpful and look forward to some compensation for our cost, disappointment and my grandsons distress at the start of this attraction. Chris
