Disappointing experience with Sydney bus tour - This was our first time taking the Sydney Bus Tour, and it was far from what we expected. The driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we were showing our tickets, he rudely asked us to step aside and started checking tickets for people behind us. It was chaotic and made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, we weren’t even given headphones, so we couldn’t listen to any of the commentary about the landmarks. The tour felt like nothing more than a ride on an ordinary bus, which completely defeated the purpose of choosing this experience. We booked our tickets online from the official website, however they were refusing to scan it saying this will not work The driver’s arrogant attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the entire experience disappointing. If you’re considering traveling with Big Bus, I strongly recommend looking into other alternatives.
