Great day in the Blue Mountains - Fabulous tour. Zoo was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the vistas of the Blue Mountains. Cable cars were fun and capped it all off with the river cruise at the end. Good value for the money. Our tour guide, Bruce was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Trip - It was a great day. The weather wasn’t very good but our tour guide (Bruce) made the day awesome by taking us to places that we could see some amazing views. The rain forest walk was even better in the rain. Loved this trip and would highly recommend

Fabulous day out - Such a reasonable price for a ten hour tour. Bruce was knowledgeable and friendly and put everyone at ease, even though it was like herding rabbits sometimes. The Blue Mountains are truly spectacular.

Lack of beauty - I chose the Chinese language, but the tour car does not provide Chinese language translation, other than myself did not choose to ride the car, to Blue Mountain to ride the car, but the tour guide does not have an explanation fee, and after that in the tour car another charge of 128 Australian dollars (2 people) does not feel worth it, because the day tour does not have an explanation must ride the car, if I do not choose this group, although Blue Mountain is really worth a visit.

Inappropriate Tour Guide Dampens Overall Experience - Giving this a 2 star review because while the activities and sights were great, we had serious reservations about our tour guide. I have also let the tour operator know, but felt that we should also share our experience here as I would rate the guide as a one star, which dampened our overall experience. I do not have the tour guide name (she never told us her name), but the entire day was uncomfortable with her in terms of rushing us, talking negatively about previous guests, yelling at cars on the road, and generally just being negative. While this was awkward, our primary concerns and reason for writing this review came about when trying to catch the ferry (referred to as the river cruise) at the end. She advised us on the bus that we would be very close to not making it in time and that she would give us cash instead of buying tickets since it was faster, and that we should run to get on the ferry and pay at the end. She told us all to lie and say that the ticket machines were not working. It felt uncomfortable and unethical to be told to break ferry rules, but nonetheless she hustled us down to the waiting ferry. The gentleman working wouldn’t let us on when he realized none of us had tickets and instead of doing the right thing she lied to his face about the machine being broken and proceeded to yell and argue with the ferry worker, who was simply doing his job. The fact that she was yelling and picking a fight premised on a lie was both inappropriate and embarrassing. She caused such a scene that it led to several of us to feeling the need to apologize on her behalf to the ferry crew. Some of us were able to run back and tap on properly and still make the ferry, but not everyone did and we had no real instructions on what to do once we got on the ferry. When we spoke to the crew on board, they mentioned that there was a $500 fine if you were caught without a ticket, and given that the guide dropped us and left, we would have been on our own to pay the fine. My friends and I have taken many tours and have never experienced anything like this, and as I mentioned, the behavior of the guide put a major damper on overall what should have been a fantastic trip.
