- Allan Scott Family Winemakers - This is one of our favourite winery restaurants that we often stop at to enjoy a relaxed gourmet lunch.
- Ant Moore Wines Cellar Door - If you enjoy beer, cider or wine, we can finish the tour relaxing at our favourite local DNA brewery. It is an opportunity to taste local hand-crafted, and award winning beers!
If you don’t want to taste the beer, they also have award-winning Ant Moore wines.
- Makana Confections - If you like Chocolate then a stop at Makana confectionary is a must.
- Saint Clair Family Estate Vineyard Kitchen - Fantastic wine and food and is one of our preferred lunch restaurants on the tour depending on the weather and the size of the group.
- Framingham Wines - Visit a very unique organic wine producer. Potentially enjoy a behind the scenes tour of their wine cellar with an in-depth explanation of the winemaking process. Enjoy a tailor made wine tasting of a selection of their wines.

Additional Information
With a winemaker as your guide; your tour starts with an informative vineyard stroll, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at a modern working winery. You can ask all those curly questions, and capture the best behind-the-scenes winery photos.
Next, we’ll get up close and personal with the Marlborough wine region and you’ll taste any delight that isn’t tied down. In our full day tour you visit 4-6 wineries which may include a local brewery (depending on the preferences of the group), with over 40 cellar doors to choose from, if you’ve got a favourite we’ll do our best to get you there. This tour does not include a visit to Cloudy Bay, Fromm and Hans Herzog. If Cloudy Bay is a must see then please book our Gourmet Gold Tour or a Private Wine tour
Lunch at a vineyard restaurant is always a highlight and is at your own cost. There is opportunity to visit the Makana Chocolate Shop.

Fabulous day - Great day on the full days tour. We visited both large and small wineries with a great lunch at St Clair. Darlene was a fab host with lots of knowledge and patience. We learnt a lot and would highly recommend this tour.

A wonderful days wine tasting - We have just come back from a wonderful days wine tasting with our amazing , knowledgeable guide Darlene. We were picked up and dropped off at our campervan as no one should drive after a days wine tasting! We visited 5 vineyards and even managed to get to a chocolate factory too! Darlene sorted out all the wines we liked to taste and even took us back to our favourite vineyard to buy more (it was Lawsons if you are interested) and so we cannot speak too highly of her. We shall definitely look at wines in a different way now. I cannot recommend this trip more highly as we had a fantastic day.

A great day out in Blenheim! - What a great experience this was trying the very best of Marlborough wines! Our guide Cam was extremely knowledgeable and put the whole group at ease. We visited 5 different wineries, learned a lot and definitely drank a lot. And to top it off we ended the day with a visit to a chocolate factory which Cam didn’t need to do which was a nice touch! All in all a fantastic day out, you learn a lot and most importantly you get to try a variety of unique wines (in particular Sauvignon Blanc which the area is known for)… and don’t be too daunted if it’s your first time wine tasting, it was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it! If you’re ever in Blenheim this should definitely be on your list!

Great Wine Tasting with Darlene - We had a great day with Hop n Grape tour.
Our guide was Darlene. She was so kind and did a great job.
We learnt many things about wine and she answered all our questions.
We visited 5 winery and were lucky that we booked the option with the pick up from our accommodation.
We had such a amazing time, meet new people, enjoy a lot of wine and learn more about wine.

Great experience! We recommend!! - Excellent day spent alongside Darlene, our guide! Day full of discoveries, around twenty wines tested, passionate producers keen to introduce their territory. We also really enjoyed our lunch. Darlene allowed us to better understand the riches of this region. We also really enjoyed getting to know our small group with whom we shared this great day!

Exceptional day tasting great wines. - Cameron was an excellent guide, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He took us to 6 varied wineries, including bubbles before lunch, and obviously had put real thought into the ones he had chosen. We were picked up from our accommodation on time and at no time in the day did we feel rushed.Lunch at one of the wineries was also excellent.

Perfect day and great experience! - We had a wonderful day with Hop n Grape and Cam was just amazing. It was a great little group of only 6 and so it was very personal.
We were at several awesome smaller wineries and had a delicious lunch break.
When Cam realized that my wife is not so much into white wine he replanned the tour and made it possible that we stop at other locations than originally planned, such as a place which makes awesome „Champagne-like“ sparkling wine and at the Fromm Winery were we could focus completely on their selection of wonderful red wines. Thank you Cam for sharing your incredible knowledge, your flexibility and for making this day absolutely unforgettable!

Wonderful Wines with Our Wonderful Host Darlene - Wow what can we say, what a fantastic day exploring the wineries with our guide Darlene. She was so knowledgeable and so kind, listened to the types of wines we liked and made sure we tasted some of our favourites as well as making us try some new varieties. She couldn’t have been more attentive and made us all feel so comfortable when offering our opinions of the wines.
The relationship between Darlene and the cellar door hosts was evident and she is clearly a wonderful ambassador for her company. Would definitely recommended Darlene and Hop & Grape tours to anyone in the region, thank you again Darlene.

Marlborough finest wine tour with Cameron - The day started at 10.30 for us as the last pickup. Cameron then gave us a brief overview of the Marlborough wine industry before taking us to a selection of different wineries. For each winery we had a host giving us a background to their wines. As the first drop off we finished just before 5.00pm
It’s was probably the best of the many wine tasting tours we have been on.

Great comprehensive wine tour - Wonderful comprehensive wine tour given by Darlene, who by the way is very knowledgeable. We were able to visit 5 wineries and as a special treat a chocolate factory. Each winery had different offerings but also allowing you to pick and choose your favorites to buy.
