Discover the region’s rich history and perhaps explore grape varieties and wine types that are new to you. During the tour, your guide will introduce each winery and share the region’s history. If time allows, enjoy a vineyard talk about Marlborough’s vine cultivation methods.

The tour begins with a pick-up from your accommodation or specified address around 11:45 am for those in central Blenheim areas.

The tour includes visits to up to four Cellar Doors, ensuring a fun and relaxed experience. The tour price covers all standard tasting fees.

As you enjoy the exquisite wines of Marlborough, you’ll also take in the breathtaking scenery of the region.

Our knowledgeable tour hosts will introduce you to the vineyards, the wines, and the rich history of Marlborough. Each Cellar Door provides a unique experience and showcases the diverse grape varieties that Marlborough is known for.

We encourage you to explore different grape varieties and wine types that may be new to you.

Throughout the tour, your guide will introduce the vineyards and the individuals behind the wines that have placed Marlborough on the World Wine Map.

If time allows, we offer an educational vineyard tutorial and may even include a visit to the Makana Chocolate Factory for a delightful treat.

Been converted to drinking Savignon Blanc! - Great tour, Bill was friendly and knowledgeable, knew the staff at all the places we visited which was a nice thing to see. Started the tour at St. Clair, where we could purchase our own lunch. Had tasters during our lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed. Next No 1, bubbles not our thing but still enjoyed the tasting and presentation. Mount Riley & Dry Hills, where we got to taste even more wines. If you enjoy wine I'd recommend this tour.

Highly Recommend - Chris was a great guide to the area and took us to some of the top wineries nearby. The wine and the conversation couldn't be beat. We highly recommend this tour.

Great tour and guide - Bill our driver was super he took us to 3 wineries and then the chocolate factory. There were only 4 of us on the tour so it felt very personal. He listened to what we wanted to get out of the day so that it fit our needs. We wanted to learn about wine making and try to get over our avoidance of white wine. We did find some we like although I think I’ll always prefer red

Sip back and relax! - Chris is knowledgeable, passionate, generous, and fun. He is the ultimate host - -accomodating and flexible. He picked us up at the ferry terminal and made room in the van for our luggage. He has a good rapport with the vineyard staff and guided us to the best tasting selections. Truly a tour where you can sip back and relax!

Magnificent Wine Tour To Learn About Marlborough Wines - Chris does such an incredible wine tour, I can't imagine anyone not having a good time. He made an entirely customised experience for us by asking what we liked, what we wanted to get out of the tour and also asking if we're open to learning more. Chris KNOWS the region, he knows the wines, the vintages, the vineyards and the staff at the wineries, so everyone is so patient and great that you come into contact with. Having done a few wine tours, this one wise by far the most personalised, the most informative, and the most VIP experience we've had. Chris is so entertaining and thoughtful, I recommend this experience for anyone.

Wine tour - We had a most enjoyable afternoon with Chris the owner/operator who had a wealth of knowledge about wine & the local region, and we enjoyed 4 different wineries & their beautiful wines in good company. We were picked up & dropped off back at our accommodation, so the whole afternoon was very relaxed & most enjoyable. This tour is great value for money, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Chris.

Fantastic half day - Thank you Chris for a fabulous afternoon. We started our trip with a lovely lunch at St Clair. Everyone made you feel really at home and food was delicious. We visited mainly boutique vineyards and Chris tailored our tour based on our wine preferences. We learnt a lot about the region through Chris’ great knowledge. Thoroughly recommended

Lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon - Easy booking, prompt pick up from Picton and good value for money. We really enjoyed our tour of this beautiful region. We even got to stop at a boutique chocolate shop as a last stop. Recommended.

Excellent personalised tour - We have just completed our first wine tour in New Zealand with Na Clachan and wanted to share our experience. By chance we were the only 2 on the tour and our guide, Phil, tailored the visits to suit our tastes. We are not wine experts and we learnt a great deal from Phil and the hosts at the 5 wineries we visited. Thank you very much for a lovely afternoon.
