Minneapolis St Paul 1st Visit - The guide JB was great. Very knowledgeable. The only thing was that the tour ran a little longer than expected but they were very helpful in dropping us at a safe place since we needed to be somewhere else at 2pm.

Excellent tour - The 3-hour Minneapolis tour was both informative and entertaining. For an overview of the city it’s excellent! We enjoyed both the tour guide and the bus driver (Jim and Steve).

Doug, the tour guide is the icing on the cake! - Our guide Douglas Kline is probably the best that we've experienced over the past 3 weeks traveling to a number of places in the Midwest. He loves his job and the city of Minneapolis-St. Paul that he lives in and truly knows everything about its history and geography. We learnt so much in such a short 3 hour tour and it was a fun experience because of Doug's excellent sense of humour. The bus driver and he coordinated very well and this made the journey so safe and enjoyable.

A good tour with some confusing logistics - It was easy to book, and had a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable tour guide. I would recommend it for someone looking for a good overview of the Twin Cities. That being said, the tour company doesn't do a great job with the logistics. There's no bus waiting for you when you get to the pick-up spot, so it leads to a lot of confusion. They pick you up at the North Entrance to the Mall of America. When you are looking at the entrance (between the Marriott and Hewlett Packard buildings), turn to your left. There is a collection of bus stops. Follow the small, blue signs to what says "Coach/Tour Bus" - which means you go to the far side of the bus stops. The tour is listed as starting at 10am, but the tour bus doesn't even arrive until then, so you are left hoping that they will actually show up. I suppose they can't wait there because it is just supposed to be a pick-up/drop-off location, but it is confusing. They should do a better job on the website being more specific about what to expect for the pick-up. The tour is scheduled to last for three hours. Ours lasted almost four. In some ways, that was great, but it did get a little long at the end. Overall, a good tour.

Disappointment. - Some of the info the Guide shared was interesting. Unfortunately, we experienced rattling noise from the Bus overhead compartments making it hard to hear the commentary. This was brought to his attention but no feasible solution occurred.
