- Be comfortable in water and be able to swim.

- Be physically fit.
- Not be pregnant.
- You must be ready to wear a tight and constricting dry suit to protect your body from the cold.
- You must be a minimum of 150 cm and a maximum of 200 cm in height and weigh between 45 and 120 kilos along with being physically fit.

- You must be a maximum of 69 years of age to participate in this tour. If you are over 60 years of age, you need a medical waiver, available on page 2 of the Medical Statement.
- You must be a minimum of 12 years of age to participate in this tour. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian booked on the same tour.
- If you are over 45 and partake/have partaken in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol intake, you need a medical waiver.
- Please note that should you have any neurological, circulatory or respiratory problems or underlying diseases, battled any illnesses or have any physical problems you might have to turn in a physicians allowance to participate in this tour.
- Please contact us regarding pick up. There are some hotels where buses are not allowed to drive. You can find information about designated pick up locations at busstop.is or ask the front desk of your hotel. Pick up from Keflavík airport or outside of the greater capital area is not available.

Kind Snorkeling Guide, beautiful views - The snorkeling was stunning. The guide, Vicky was amazing. She was patient with me as got used to snorkeling. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience wonderful. Thank you so much Vicky! I cannot recommend it enough.

Day trip to Europe and America cracks and gold circles - A stunning view! But also super explosion cold! All the service staff we met were very good 👍 Whether it was a diving or driver guide, very enthusiastic, and introduced Iceland along the way to give us a close look at Icelandic horses, it is recommended, but to be well prepared to freeze

The swim is a MUST! - The only thing I would change is the information provided for the swim re what to expect with the preparation process, etc. We were advised to bring a spare change of clothes in case ours got wet, which they didn't, however, in any case, they were left on the bus, and couldn't have been accessed anyway.
I loved everything about the GoldenCircle, but I wish there was more time to stop and look.

Phenomenal - What an amazing experience!
We were graced with Bjorn as our guide, his knowledge of Iceland and own experiences really brought the trip together with context.
The team at the snorkelling were fantastic, we thank you all for one amazing adventure!

Great - I had an amazing adventure with Karina. She was very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. I cannot say enough good things about her and her ability to lead a tour group. The excursion lasted the allotted time. Snorkeling was quite an adventure and I am happy that we did it.

Once in a lifetime experience - What an unforgettable experience. Lots of prep to get into the water but when you did… it was amazing! The golden circle was great. A must in Iceland!

Silfra was amazing - The snorkeling activity was incredible. I don't even know how to describe it, but 1000% it is worth it.
The photos were...not good. Especially pictures of us in the water. I can't even identify myself in those.
There was some miscommunication I guess and the driver that was supposed to pick us up from snorkeling did not do so, so the snorkel guide ended up driving us ~45 minutes to meet up with the other driver so we could join the rest of the Golden Circle tour. I'm not sure if we missed out on any stops or information because of that. For the stops we did get, I feel like we had reasonable amounts of time at each spot and the guide has a lot of good information. The tour ran a little late, but that was fine with me.

Nice way to spend the day. - Was very much looking forward to this trip, however on the day we both were feeling under the weather with asthma and the weather was very cold, so we opted out of the swim, but were able to take some great photos of the area and a relax. The rest of the trip was lovely and relaxed. Henrik(?) was our guide, and did a great job.
This felt like the perfect length of trip and took in some great sights.
