Worth every cent! - Our tour was cancelled the day before due to bad weather but we were offered the possibility to reschedule or get a full refund. Fortunately we were able to change plans and go on the next available tour. It starts with a 45-minute drive in a super truck to the base camp. There you get all the equipment (snowsuit, helmet, balaclava, gloves) and another 10-15 minutes to the snowmobiles. A guide gives you a quick explanation and some safety rules and off we go! An amazing 25 minute ride, then a short break (about 10 minutes) to rest and take some pictures, and another 25 minute ride back. It was probably the best experience in Iceland!! Worth every cent!

Exhilarating - Even though it was drizzling and overcast, the adventure of riding those peaks and the landscape views were exhilarating! It's not a consistent fast and furious opportunity but it was worth every penny.

Mega cool experience - Super Tour. From the transfer to the base camp and onwards, everything was well organized, the guides super nice and helpful. Was a really cool trip, was mega fun. If you have definitely done it, this is a true experience, just the infinite width of the snow-capped glacier.

Great experience, cold drive - Great tour guide, the whole process of getting the ski suits and snowmobile was efficient and excellent. Only real complaint is that the truck delivering us (for about an hour) had zero heat for the whole trip in -10 deg Celsius weather)

Amazing views - The snowmobiling trip fell on the most perfect day weather wise, clear blue skies and sparkly white snow!!stunning!!! The suits and gear were fab and kept us nice and warm. The only downside was we didn’t realise quite how long it would take to get to the snowmobiling site and felt like just abit more info on the trip would have been nice. Cold and uncomfy bus too,but the good parts deffo out weigh these small negatives.

Long ride to the snow mobiles - Three stars isn’t a reflection of the tour company or tour guides. My husband and I joined this tour and in total it took 5ish hours. We rode the snow mobile for 45 mins with a 10 min stop to take pictures. The scenery was insanely beautiful. We couldn’t ride the snowmobiles fast, which makes sense for safety. But the bummer was that we were basically in transit, on a super bus, up and down the glacier for the rest of the tour. Although the experience was cool, a big consideration is if it’s worth the bus ride for 2 hours each way for the snowmobiling experience.

Don’t get on their bad side, they’ll degrade you - It was a good experience but the tour guy had a really bad attitude right from the start. We were six min late and he chose to verbally degrade us in front of everyone on the bus. The bus didn’t even leave till ten min later so it’s not like it made a difference.
