The boat trip to do from Koh Samui - Really well organised trip - after booking through Tripadvisor, I instantly got messages from the operator to confirm details. Pickup from hotel was on time, and check in for the tour with Mr Tu was easy, breakfast available whilst waiting for departure. The crew were excellent, explaining all the stops, and handing out as much free water and Coke as people wanted. Snorkeling- plenty to see, calm water Kayaking - my tip would be it's easier on your own than trying to balance with another person on the kayak Lunch - food was really good and plenty of it Blue Lagoon - lots of steep steps to the top viewpoint, but there are two lower viewpoints which still give good views without as many steps We didn't do the hike on the last island to the view of the whole park, but stayed on the beach where we saw a couple of monkeys. Added bonuses were sightings of a pink dolphin and a whale during the boat ride. I haven't said anything about the islands themselves as if you are looking at going, you will know they are worth seeing. One thing worth noting is that the speedboats like Mr Tu dock at jetties on the island so getting on or off is quick, whereas the larger boats dock in the bay and passengers transfer by smaller boats. There's nothing negative about the trip to mention - well worth the price we paid.

Beautiful packed day of activities- lovely boat team! - The pickup was on time and smooth, comfortable ride. The boat team was fantastic! So friendly and kind, and took great care of us- always making sure we had cold water throughout the day. It is a packed day, you’ll be napping on the ride back to Samui, but it was the best money I’ve spent so far on my trip. Stunning views and amazing memories. ขอบคุณ Mr. Tu boat 88 team!

Recommended! - Friendly staff, well paced activities, and great breakfast and lunch! We paid a surcharge to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was outside the usual area - well worth it. Standards of cleanliness were very high, we were impressed. The boat was kept really clean throughout the activities.

Lovely boat tour in the marine park - A nice trip overall! First we went snorkeling, and it was a beautiful place, but maybe not that much to see underwater. After, we went for kayaking, with a couple of stops on the way where we could see the islands from the boat. The kayaking experience were not top notch as it felt a bit rushed and chaotic, and I didn’t think we would get a kayak in one point. But we got one and off we went, for only 20 minutes of kayaking. I would have loved a bit more… Then we had lunch the same place, fine enough, and it was enough food for everyone at least. Then we went to the first viewpoint. This was very nice, and we got to eat ice cream as well! Finally, we got to the last island, and another viewpoint where we needed to climb A LOT of stairs to get to. But it was worth it with a beautiful view! Overall, I loved the tour, and the tour guides were nice. However, as there are many other tours and speedboats, it can feel a bit crowded and you always need to make sure you get on the right boat at the right time.

Very crowded but worth it for the views - The boat was very crowded and seats not very roomy. Crew were really nice though. First stop for snorkelling was a bit average, over 100 people crammed into a little bay. Next 2 stops were pretty good. Great lunch. Final stop was really cool, hike to the top well worth it for the amazing view.

Awful experience - I originally was scheduled for a rainy day and rescheduled for the next day with no issue. However, only after we were all loaded on the boat and it was too late to leave were we informed that the waters were very choppy. That was an understatement. Multiple people vomited on the boat. My vertigo was triggered. It felt very unsafe as the captain of the boat was driving very fast. There were no instructions given for snorkeling and no one even checked that the life jackets were worn appropriately. Because of the choppy waters, kayaking was not advised and they canceled one of the scheduled stops. Instead, we just sat at the other stops waiting to leave. One of the stops had a floating dock and the waves were so strong, multiple people kept falling and had to be escorted. There were no railings and we weren't advised to wear life jackets. The return journey was also equally terrible, with the captain driving at top speed, causing people to jump off their seats. Overall, this company did not take safety seriously. The whole trip really should not have happened that day if safety was a priority or concern, given the choppy waters. The horrible experience put a damper on the beautiful views that we saw. I do not recommend this experience unless you know the water is temperate.

Terrible! No snorkelling or sea kayaking on this snorkelling and sea kayaking tour! - Terrible! No snorkelling and no sea kayaking on this snorkelling and sea kayaking tour. The weather was known. They did not inform the group until we were off in the boat. They knew the weather. They should have cancelled or given us the option to reschedule, refund or go ahead knowing that this snorkelling and sea kayaking tour would have neither. I took a friend for her first time snorkelling and she didnt get to try. So we got pushed up to a lookout involving more than 500 rock steps as there was nothing to do if we didn't. Too bad if you are elderly, unstable or carrying a kid as one dad was. I felt completely ripped off. They knew the weather. They knew in all liklihood there would be no snorkelling or sea kayaking well in advance. I have joined 3 tours with Mr Tu before. Peter Russell
