You are well followed up via messages and invited back to the store as soon as adjustments need to be made. Only positive things to say about this place. Great prices too.

Incredible service, highly recommend - Cannot recommend Ash Tailor enough. I visited in November looking to get a suit for my brother back home as an early Christmas gift. Ash helped me understand exactly what measurements were needed from him, advised on styles that would suit and kept in close contact over WhatsApp throughout. Dealing with him was seamless and he was very patient, especially as I accidentally gave him an incorrect measurement which he spotted immediately and helped out with! He and his team also worked to an impressive timeline - we only had 2 days left in Koh Samui from when I first spoke to Ash and I expected to be told it wasn't enough time, Ash proved us wrong and met us at the airport with the completed suit (and 3 extra shirts my husband decided to request whilst in the store as he was so impressed with the range available). The finished product is an excellent fit and fantastic quality, and I could not be happier with the service and products we received. If we come back to Koh Samui I'm confident Ash would be seeing a lot more of us.

Great tailor - Very pleased with the work done by Ash Tailor and his team. Got a wonderful new suit and shirt custom fitted with all the choices in materials. Very professional. Offered several fittings to make sure the fit was right and made proper adjustments to make the end result look really good. Would recommend!

Great overall experience with perfect results - Communication with Ash went flawlessly. I have already made an appointment with him on recommendation before my arrival. He takes the necessary time to measure everything in detail and invited me to the first fitting the next day. Just a few days later, my tailored suit and shirt were ready. Great tailor with addictive potential - I came to Ash by accident. I felt super cared for. He is super friendly and personable. I had two suits and some shirts made. One fabric (Egyptian cotton) felt so great on the skin that I ordered 3 more shirts. I am super satisfied and within a few days everything was ready. Reordering is also possible.
