• G2XG+F83 - Prior to the commencement of the class, attendees are presented with a refreshing beverage crafted from the fruits and herbs cultivated in our own garden or farm. Subsequently, we will take a stroll through the gardens to gather some of the fresh components we’ll use in our sumptuous recipes.

The preparation of the ingredients takes place on our impressive 8-meter long artisanal table. We’ll be finely chopping herbs and manually grinding pastes, all while enticing scents begin to permeate the kitchen space. Following a brief intermission, we’ll commence cooking on charcoal grills as dusk falls.

Dinner is served amidst the lush surroundings of the Jungle Kitchen gardens, after which guests make their way back home. Recipes and photographs will be distributed shortly thereafter.

The cooking process is rooted in traditional methods and equipment; the class operates without the use of electricity. Participants will master the art of cooking three distinct dishes and then savor their handcrafted meals in the gardens, which offer sweeping vistas of Koh Phangan and the Elephant Sanctuary.

Jungle Kitchen cooking classes take you back to times where food was prepared and cooked using handmade tools and old-style techniques.
Guests cook at our 8 metre long cooking station with the sounds of nature and panoramic views of Koh Phangan. The ethos of the class is to keep alive knowledge of traditional cooking methods and to use the same tools and techniques which were widely used in a Thai kitchen over 50 years and more ago.
