The BEST day in my 3 week journey in India! - My visit to Bodh Gaya was the highlight of my trip to India, making it an unforgettable experience. The Mahabodhi Temple, with its serene atmosphere and profound spiritual significance, is a destination that should be on everyone’s list. The day was made even more special by our guide, Bablu. His deep knowledge of the site and his passion for sharing its history and meaning brought the experience to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. Bablu’s warm personality and insightful guidance allowed me to connect with the temple and its surroundings on a deeper level. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone planning a visit to Bodh Gaya. This day was not just a tour; it was a journey into the heart of Indian spirituality, and I’m grateful for the experience. Amazing company, ver knowledgeable and professional - Had an amazing time in Bodh Gaya. Went to the various Buddhist temples and monuments - the most prominent of which is Mahabodhi Temple. No phones are allowed at this temple, but he helped me rent a camera from a local shop and took me back there again. The second day we went to Nalanda and Rajgir. I also really enjoyed this trip. Overall had a great time and would strongly recommend hiring these taxi devices and guide for a tour of Bodh Gaya. Thanks!!

Friendly Bodhgaya tour tailored for your needs - A nice car has been provided by Bodhgaya Taxi Service with very flexible driver who was ready to take me to any place I wanted. Although I was originally going to have unguided tours as this is what I prefer, I’ve decided to take a local guide Vicky who is brilliant, speaks English very well and knows a lot about the history of various Temples in Bodhgaya and some local stories. I highly recommend to ask the manager of the taxi service - Bablu, to ask for Vicky to accompany you. Vicky knows some hidden local gems. Bablu is very flexible and attentive. Overall, I am extremely happy with my full day Bodhgaya tour. Be Happy!

Highly Recommended Taxi Service - We were escorted for two days in and around Bodhgaya, and Nalanda by one of Babul Singh Ji’s drivers (Bodhgaya Taxi Company) and I can recommend this company for anyone with a similar travel itinerary. Our driver Harindra Kumar was a very polite young man, professional to the core from the point he picked us up from the Bodhgaya airport until our drop-off in Patna. I also noticed a similar complimentary review about Harindra by another fellow traveller. The driver was very helpful all the way through, pointed out noteworthy sited/places of interest enroute to Nalanda from Bodhgaya and was quite knowledgeable about the region and the subject matter – about Buddhism in our case. Per my leading comments, I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your Buddhist pilgrimage inland travel needs. Bonus tip: If you are a prospective pilgrim to this part of India, consider using Bodhgaya Taxi for all your Buddhist circuit travel needs regardless of the location. I did not appreciate the fact that I could have used this company for the remainder of my trip to Varanasi, Kushinagar and Lumbini in Nepal. We used a different taxi company based in Gorakhpur for our travel needs in Kushinagar and to Lumbini which turned out to be a nightmare. If I had done my due diligence, I would have definitely used Bodhgaya Taxi for our entire trip which I know would have been a safe and enjoyable one. Generous and kind hearted Service - Bablu of Bodhgaya taxi service was an angel, a bodhisattva for our trip. There were seven of us on this mission with the Flame of Hope. From the beginning, he helped us relax and gave us confidence that we would be able to have all of our travel needs met during our week in Bodhgaya. For me, it started a week before I left the US, looking for a 4-hour taxi ride from an airport in Patna to Bodhgaya, where we were to all meet up and meet His Holiness the Dalai Lama. We started with email & WhatsApp, and Bablu’s English and communication style gave me reassured me I would be met at the airport and taken to my destination, and I was without any problems.. They always showed up on time, were cheerful, kind , relaxed and generous, always ready to serve us in whatever we might need for the day, for our trip. Bablu took us to all of our many meetings, to his recommended restaurants, which were great, to the bank and on various shopping errands. We also visited a school for children, Temples, and Holy sites. After a day or two, he felt like family, and we continue a kind relationship with him in our home countries in Japan, Europe, and North America..
